Not impressed. Told me I needed 4 new tires, I had just had new ones put on, they aren't even 3 months old and certainly do not need replacement. Didn't fix the issue I brought it in for, just wanted to up sell other services. Won't be back. The guys were friendly, but not $1200 worth.

Recently purchased a new vehicle from Girard Ford. Had the pleasure of working with Brandon who was more transparent and informative than any sales person I’ve ever worked with. He made the process easy, and made it feel like creating a positive experience for me was priority number one. Would highly recommend this dealership, and would definitely recommend working with Brandon if you get the opportunity. Best car buying experience I’ve ever had.

Without going into great detail, our experience was first class from the moment we walked through the door to the time we drove away with our truck. Brandon Lane (Product Specialist) was personable and a real pleasure to work with. EVERYONE at Girard Ford gets 5 stars! We felt heard and never pressured throughout the whole process.

Today was a fantastic day Maneck Sopariwala at Girard Ford in Norwich Ct, assisted my granddaughter in buying her first car. Being her first big purchase he was extremely patient and showed her everything about the car, and how things worked. Our process for the purchase went smoothly. She bought a Ford focus that was in mint condition. My grand daughter is on cloud nine,he brought us around the dealership and introduced us to service department staff. We are happy campers and will continue to do business with this dealership

All glory to Jesus Christ for getting me into this vehicle! Prayer works! Now I gotta give a huge shout out to JR. Aka Eric Gutierrez he was awesome professional knowledgeable and most importantly honest and very transparent, and his management incredible Joey and Eddie to Chris the finance manager. From the very first phone call to the last conversation the customer service and the high standards were exceptional. I first spoke with Eddie and he kept his word from the very first phone call. Then when arriving to the dealership I was met by Kevin who also stepped up and took care of us. Kevin was respectful, and easy to work with.
