Terry was very knowledgeable, she kept me informed every step of the way, and when she said she was going to call with updates on my jeep, she did. My jeep looks beautiful and it is cleaner than when it went in. Thank you, Terry and everyone who helped fix my jeep. I appreciate you all.

Intimidating attitude, when calling for support they state they can't do anything for me even though they have my vehicle. Prejudice against people out of state. It's all about them or the highway terrible customer service.
If you're out of state do not go here. They do social tactics on phone and try to make you feel like your concerns aren't valid and come from a place of power and not customer service. Judge you and your personal situation and give wrong information. Purposely disguise their voice and change it everytime you call to try to mess with you.
Went to pick up my car, was calm and collective everyday is a new day and they still used other customers to create scenes and try to mess with you.

I 100% do not Not recommend this place whatsoever I will never go there I went there to have them to have them do a estimate on my truck and all they said was was it's ugly you already started working on it and told me there's too much of a nightmare to work on this car and it's not worth my time They were disrespectful and ignorant no one should ever go there

I'm not adverse to buying cars from Falvey's, but be careful to not be bowled over by someone who talks fast and tries to convince you that, Sure, you can afford this car... If you're uncomfortable you're probably getting bamboozled and don't let yourself be pushed around. Also just as general knowledge make sure that you NEVER BUY SECOND PARTY WARRANTY PLANS! Or plans which will provide roadside service!! Two regretted purchases I promise you. The Warrenty that comes with the car and AAA is all you should need! Again if a credit agent says that you have "a credit score" that requires you to buy anything extra that's a lie!! Try to just record the entire thing and then if there's a problem you can always explain that you'll be popping it on the web! So buy with care, but Falvey's is no worse than some of the Antinino Bothers places..which are all the rest with few exceptions!

Avery was very rude and making homophobic and racists remarks thinking I would go along with them. He seemed flustered when I decided to not buy the car he was trying to sell me and told me "good luck on Facebook marketplace".
