Horrible customer service. The lady that answered the phone was dry as hell and refused to check for an item I was looking for.. smh.. I guess I have no choice but to drive 30 mins to see if they have it on stock.. wow! This store needs better people that want to work and help their customers!

Terrible customer service. went in close before closing time for some last minute holiday picks. While shopping, an announcement on the speakers goes out warning of store closing soon. I continued to shop for a few more minutes until an employee tells me (the only person in the store along with my kids) through the speaker that "I have 10 seconds to come into the register or else he'll turn it off". Not me but my also my kids had jaws dropped. I was absolutely appalled by this. What kind of store holder would think that's ok to say to an employee. Very unprofessional and rude. I was awkwardly helped afterwards by the other employee working but still bad service

Went in yesterday 7/27/22 at 4:47pm to purchase a specific Halloween item and the Manager whose name I won't post, was already in a bad mood. Opened another register and then began to be rude to me trying to tell me "you can't purchase all of one item from the shelf" there's nothing that says I can't and I don't need to explain to you why I'm purchasing the items. She than argued with me and started yelling over me to a soda deliver person and being nasty with him. This manager then proceeded to state that the delivery man just got people fired/in big trouble. If I was ollar tree I suggest you look at your cameras for register 1 and see who you have hired as a manager because she clearly isn't fit to be one or command a team of employees. I won't be coming back to this store I'll go 20 minutes south to another location. Calling to make a formal report for the verbal abuse of myself and the delivery man.

I'm an avid dollar tree shopper and go to all the dollar trees in the area. Most of them are now $1.25 and it's great because they have an in flux of higher quality new items. My issue with this particular store is blatant disrespect from an employee to those around her. She was going around calling people trash and saying how she hates people, during her shift in front of and loud enough for everyone to here. I left early because I was so uncomfortable. I got what I needed but usually like to walk around for stuff I want. This dollar tree was neat and tidy and fully stocked. I come here when I'm looking for things I can't find in my hometown. Dollar tree is great for crafting and party supplies!
