Been shopping here weekly for over two years, the dark/ red haired lady who works sunday has an attitude that makes me not go here when shes on. Was waiting up by the front for assistance and scanned a few of my items and she finally comes up once she heres the beeping saying “can u not do that” well if you were doing your job I wouldnt have to, also can you like not work here so I can enjoy my shopping since your the only person with a tude? Thanks! Same lady the rest of the comments complain about to, shame when a company lets one employee give it a bad reputation to local clients. U guys should do something about this employee. Its not worth my time to write negative reviews usually or cause problems or commotion in a store but shes almost got the karen out of me a few times, i can only imagine her effectiveness on upset clients and her team.

Right as I approached the manager she preemptively started shaking her head without even looking my direction. I was trying to ask politely if they had any more of a specific product in the backstock as I purchase maximum amounts of this item. Instead she tells me everything is out and then walks off.No doubt the manager had no clue what I was even holding. Lost hundreds in sales because I can't waste my time stopping at this location anymore if that's the response I get when trying to buy hundreds of units.

Clean and well stocked compared to other $trees I have been to. Cashiers and workers are very helpful and friendly.

Went to DollarTree in Marcus Plaza 624 W. Main St Norwich everything converted in floor dust and potentially carcinogenic particles from pulled up carpet. I was told it was the 1st day if a 3 day flooring project. When I asked why is there a residue on the items, that is what I was told. Then another associate snotty attitude said "that's why we're dusting." I asked why weren't the products covered with cloths to protect them and received no answer. They had the front door propped open when I arrived. This is a dangerous, unhealthy situation and it's not just the dust you see it's the particles floating around in the Ir that you don't see.

No care for customers.. terrible Manager who is rude and unprofessional. All employees on may 29th between 630pm n 715pm we're disgusting. Never shop here unless u like being belittled.

Not enough people working. Long lines. Didn't have a lot of things on my list that they used to have. Pleased with all but one purchase: scented cleaning wipes thay didn't re-close. I have some clips to keep my place while I play music. I'll either use those or some plastic baggies.

The Dollar Tree was my best friend in college when I needed things, didn't care about brands, and didn't want to spend a lot of money. They have a surprising amount of decent items that are very worth the dollar that everything costs (with a few exceptions, usually marked as such).They have a ton of snacks and off brand goodies and they have remained my favorite place to buy gifting supplies every Christmas. You have to keep an eye out for some things, as they are often cheaper at other places, or in the larger size if they have a mini, but you often can't go wrong here and if you do, well it's only a dollar you lost out on. Hard to complain.
