Bit of a rushed experience. No real information shown with phones to assist in comparisons or determining features (or even models). No pricing shown. With one person working the shop quickly goes from 2 minute wait to 30 minute wait.
Service was not excellent but the young lady was trying to address everyone's needs.
A little more information on hand in store could certainly make a big difference to how the short staffed employee could be effective.

The lovely woman helped me perfectly couldn't ask for better service definitely going back I needed a phone she got me to get one and I walked out happier then I went in thank you so much for your outstanding help.

Went there to get a new iPhone 14, on door and website said open till 8pm. It was 7 and doors were locked. Was told when I saw someone inside that they were closing early . Glad they did because I went to the waterford location and Joseph hooked me up. I live in norwich but will travel to the waterford location from here on out!
