Had a great experience taking my car here. I was overpaying for my oil changes for years. I came here and got 3 new filters and a full synthetic oil change and it was way less than I’d normally pay at a valvoline. I would much rather give my money to a local business anyway!

Was told this place does great work so decided to call for a quote on a front end alignment as well as a couple of other parts for my car. Was told I would be given a call back with prices, NEVER GOT A CALL BACK!! BE BETTER TO YOUR POTENTIAL CUSTOMERS!

Would give zero stars if possible. Dishonest and careless had my vehicle in their possession for almost two weeks and couldn’t be bothered to even look at it. Embarrassing excuse of a business.

Honest but took them 5 weeks to get a transmission fixed. Terrible communication and absolutely no apology or anything for taking so unbelievably long. Gave some stars bc at least they made sure the part was good.

I brought my 2007 Hyundai Santa Fe to Charley and Doug’s to free up seized joints diagnosed during a wheel alignment at Town Fair tire. The mechanics determined one rod was broken which they replaced and freed up the remaining joints. A subsequent alignment was successfully conducted.I also asked them to investigate an intermittent problem preventing the car from starting on occasion. During the time at Charley and Doug’s, the problem did not occur making diagnosis nearly impossible. At my request, they replaced the starter as a potential cause. Car worked fine for a few days and then wouldn’t start. I brought the vehicle back to the shop and once again, the vehicle started and ran fine. With all signs pointing to a battery or cable connection problem, the mechanics rebuilt both battery terminal connections and inspected, cleaned and tightened all cable connections at no charge. The problem has not returned.I cannot say enough good things about the workmanship and reasonable price for their service. What stands out and makes them my go to service station is their honesty.Highly recommend and if I could give more stars, I would.Services: Auto battery maintenance
