Reviews should be on a -5 to +5 scale. Walgreens would be at a -5 for me. Had already had a bad experience and was looking for a new pharmacy. Thought Id give them another chance, that was a mistake. They now have had a prescription I've been waiting for going on 3 weeks. I called and said you've had this for 3 weeks and I've been out of it that long and you just never filled it? She told me it must have been forgotten. This is for a muscle relaxer, imagine if it were someone's heart medication. The staff just stand behind the counter joking around with each other and making the customers wait until they finish their story to their co-workers. Bad, Bad, Bad. Avoid!

Wish I could give them 0 stars. Accepted my prescription and my insurance. Spent 3 days calling and waiting trying to get them to fill it. After 3 days I finally found out they don't accept anthem??? I have been without my meds for 3 days. My mood stabilizers. No one called me, nor did they tell me something was wrong when I called multiple times. I am beyond disappointed and will be posting this everywhere. The app says they need updated insurance, so I updated it twice. They never called nor did they let me know they did not accept my insurance when I called. I will never be returning here and if you want your meds, I suggest you don't either.

Walgreens in Norwich is filled with a bunch of incompetent pharmacist and assistances . I had oral surgery three times and I was asked if I could wait till next day to have my scripts filled after bringing them in in a timely manner because they are always short staffed on top of that they screw up my insurance every time so we have spent another half hour trying to straighten it out. Walgreens is filled with incompetent idiots I do not recommend us Oh I forgot to mention that they often call us and tell us that there's something wrong with our insurance so they can't fill the prescription then you go there you find out there's only one person working really filled with incompetent idiots

I've been using Walgreens for a couple years now. I switched because CVS was doing a horrible job at filling my scripts. I've had quite a few issues with Walgreens this year more than I have ever had in the past. As many problems as I've had, I have to give them some credit because I pick up at least 5 different prescriptions a week. Despite my issues with my medications, the staff there is really helpful and always super friendly. Since day one I was genuinely happy with this pharmacy. Walgreens is great being open for 24 hours and they always have things in stock

Need to pick up a prescription at Walgreens go to the ATM and take some money out or just use your debit card at the ATM altogether but either way you TMs there for your pleasure
