Their doughnuts are the best! Not just in Uncusville, but nearly anyplace I've had them in years! Krispy Kream, Dunkin, or anywhere did not compare to the blueberry, cream or glazed doughnuts my wife and had.

I ordered an unicorn cake and it was absolutely ugly. My daughter cried when she saw it. They put the name on the side and left the whole top of the cake empty. My husband picked it up and asked why the name wasn't on the top, she just gave an attitude and said it's on the side. When I called the bakery to ask why she couldn't just change it, she replied “all well that's what it says on the order formâ€. We never said to put the name on the side. Don't order a cake from this Big Y.

Thank you all for preparing our Montville High School CT Luncheon! Deli, food service, bakery were fast and wonderful! I thank the managers. I especially thank Susan in Deli! This the second time that she prepared for us! Susan is delightful as well as skilled at her job. Big Y Norwich CT is lucky to have her! Susan... 2023 is not that far away for our next Luncheon! I ordered a sheet pizza half cheese half pepperoni for a friends birthday. I ordered Wednesday may 22nd around 530-630 to have it picked up Saturday the 25th for 7:15. I wasn't given a name but it was a male. My boyfriend picked it up and the employer said that there wasn't a slip written, mind you this was a surprise party and my boyfriend should have been home before the birthday person. My boyfriend had to wait for them to make the party pizza and they made it wrong. My boyfriend told them half cheese half pepperoni multiple times and when he gets home the pizza was barely cut and it was all pepperoni. I am not satisfied at all because I cannot eat meat and had to order a pizza from a different restaurant just so I had dinner. I have never had any problems before until now and I'm very upset.

Today I went into the bakery section looking for cupcakes to bring to work for my birthday. When I could only find one kind, someone in the bakery offered to make up some different cupcakes for me. I thought that was so sweet and kind of her. I havent dug into them yet but I am sure they will be delicious. Thank you for being so kind and helpful! =-)
