Location is not exactly welcoming and feels unsafe. Called for product availability & the young lady that answered my call was extremely rude & unprofessional. Didn't ask me to hold while she checked, just stayed silent on the phone. I wasn't sure if she was still there so I said, "hello" & she sucked her teeth at me and replied, "I told you hold on, I'm looking" in a very disrespectful tone. Very unprofessional & disrespectful. The outer appearance of the location apparently matched this sales person's behavior. Very disappointed. The customer service would have made all the difference as to whether or not I would have walked in and made a $4,000 purchase.

Just don't rent a U-haul or buy furniture from the blonde girl. I simply said the gas gauge was lower in the truck than it was on the paper she gave me when I picked up a U-haul, and she became incredibly rude and stormed off. I'm not sure why anybody in this world would employ her in sales/customer service.

I will say this much.."" the apple ? doesn't fall from their tree""! Let me explain...I went to find a mattress for a friend of mine and was greeted like a true human being and not just a customer to make a few bucks from, by a very pleasant young man. He went above and beyond for me to be sure that I was able to get what I came for within my budget and not many places do that anymore. If they know you only have a small a small amount of money, they pretty much rush you out the door. This young man took his time, and made me feel comfortable from the the time I walked in until the time I left. Turns out, he is the owners son, Ryan.Never have I had any bad experiences with ANYONE that works there, quality of everything I've bought has been perfect, and I will not shop anywhere else.It's not just amazing furniture, it's also amazing staff, right down to the owners very own son!Thank you Ryan....and your dad for making sure she has a mattress to come home to

I looked all over for a reasonably priced living room set. I went to Amazing Furniture and found the Edenfield 3-Piece Sectional with Chaise. The price was reasonable as are all of their prices. One of the sofas came broke and until it was taken out of packaging was not noticed. The delivery man was on the phone right away and had a new one delivered. The sales people were very friendly and professional and same goes for the delivery men.

Exceptional service! Carrie was so helpful, and never made me feel rushed or pushed into something I didn't want. Everything from purchase to delivery was great. I won't go anywhere else for my future furniture purchases. I'd give 10 stars if I could!

Visited the showroom Tues got my furniture Thurs. The store staff was knowledgeable and helpful. The delivery crew was on time and extremely efficient. The experience was surprisingly easy and enjoyable. Totally recommend this company to anyone looking for furniture or bedding.

Just furnished our new home with everything we needed from Mark at The Amazing store At Norwich CT , Mark was wonderful helping us and giving us prices well below the catalog prices. The best part was his delivery crew who were helpful, professional and accommodating. I will give Amazing Furniture 5 stars ⭐️ , Would recommend to all friends.

I looked for a long time for a bedroom set that I liked and finally found one at Amazing Furniture. Dealing with the sales people and the office workers was pleasant and easy. They're very nice, personable people. The delivery men did a great job bringing in the furniture and setting it up for me. I'm very happy with the furniture and the service I received.

I entered and no sales rep reach out to ask me if I need help. Nobody else was in the store so there is not excuse. Nice selection, the store were clean and the price is in the middle range.

I love this furniture store because they service was great because they helped me with my vision of what I wanted and I got my sofa set from there and the kitchen island as well. Then after a year I order my glass table with with them because the round table I got from wayfair was not worth it. I love how they work with you with the prices and when you pay for delivery and installation omg they come fast and do great job oh wait I got my beautiful bedroom set as well too. You won't go wrong buying from amazing furniture
