Caring and helpful. Had emergency and they took and treated and even would stay with thru the night. They tried to save him better than other vets I've been too.
Would recommend highly if can afford.

Friendly and professional staff and a clean, welcoming atmosphere. After a bad experience with a different facility I was very guarded, but the staff and vet put me at ease and I feel I can trust them with my fur baby. All of my questions and concerns were addressed and I left feeling like i made the right choice this time

We have been coming to this vet office for almost 19 years. We’ve had to put down 2 dogs in that time. The vet, tech, & front desk were so kind & compassionate. They don’t rush you through & give you all the time you need to say goodbye. They are very gentle & loving with the patients & their humans.

Our first time since they had not been seeing new patients. It was well worth the wait. Fast and efficient reception, compassionate staff, and professional doc.

This place is amazing the Veterinarians and Technicians are knowledgable and approachable. Their pricing is extremely reasonable. You could not ask for a better place to take your pets. We will be bringing our dog Wednesday here from now on.

Called Saturday for an urgent need of doggo not urinating and due to lack of proper size catheters I had to travel back to central ER in guilford. Good checkup today post MVA

Refused to see my service cat because he is not established customer and his injury is too severe to have him go to their vet now and in the future. Doesn’t offer any help to those on fixed low incomes

First of all this review is only meant for my last visit. All the countless other times I went there everything was fine. New owners. Prices were raised (coincidence? maybe). She only needed her nails clipped. The tech was holding her as the trainee was clipping. all of a sudden loud yelp. They leave the room with her. 15 minutes later vet/doctor returns and apologizes for part of her toe/pad having been cut off. Tells me next time don't let them grow that long (all my fault I guess). Go to the front desk and pay my $30 fee. Stop the bleeding and toe repairs (on the house). To quote what a wise man recently said- "And the growing shitification of our daily lives continues."

Their lack of customer service is unprofessional and they will lie to patients to make themselves look better. I was told I was speaking to the manager and only corporate was above her. After requesting corporates number and her putting me on hold another person comes on saying she’s the manager and the other was the assistant. Is there even a corporate number? This place is not worth going to.

This place is very unprofessional. All they care about is the money and not providing the best customer service. They will lie and mislead you to make them sound like they are there for their clients but they are truly not. I would not recommend this location.

Tried calling for an appointment for my parents dog, must have tried 3-4 times in various time slots over 2 days, also left a message for them to call me back and they never did. When I finally got through, the lady on the phone was not friendly, she didn’t tell me to hold or let me know she’s checking on available dates, it was silence for about 30 seconds and I thought she hung up on me. Not the best customer service I have experienced.

This is definitely the go to Vet. Staff are friendly, courteous and knowledgable. They show concern for the pet and owner. Reason for the 4 star rating is they are not totally digitally though they present to be. They provide an email address on the site, no acknowledgment to mail sent. Never know if mail is being received or responded to. Online appointment schedule request needs attention in mobile responses. Outside of learning the digital world, pet care is utmost.

We love it here, they are always accommodating and very kind and helpful. I never had a problem and never felt like we weren't family. I love how they treat every animal as if it was their own.
