Very unsatisfactory experience with this location. I to this location to purchase some shirts and jeans because they were having a sale in the store. Got to the register to purchase my items which were two shirts, pair of jeans and cologne collection. After hearing the price, I notified the cashier/manager Carie that there was a above those items. The Cashier proceeds to send an associate by the name of Tracy to go verify. After being on the men's side for over 10 mins the sign had disappeared, and the shirts were now regular price. The manager attitude towards me we unacceptable. She then proceeds to state "Yall always wanted a discount" as if she was grouping me as a Race. I am very unsatisfied with this location.

Dear Zara Customer Service, 07/20/2004 5pm
I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with a recent experience in Zara at Sono and encountered a significant issue with the store management, specifically with the Asian manager on duty.
To my surprise, the manager made a single line for both purchases and returns, which is not the norm for Zara stores. This caused an unreal wait time for all customers. The situation was exacerbated by the manager's rude demeanor, which made the experience even more frustrating.
I have always appreciated Zara's commitment to efficient service and customer satisfaction, but this incident was a clear deviation from that standard. I hope that this feedback will prompt a review of the store's management practices to ensure a better experience for all customers in the future.

Only two people at the register with a line of more than 22 people! I’ve been here in the line for 40’!!!!!! Just terrible! Worst customer service ever!

Constantly the worst customer service ever. I always liked Zara and the things they have but it’s solely the people that make this place a nightmare. There’s plenty of workers walking around the store but only just 1 or 2 registers open taking customers - and it feels like they purposely go slow. There’s no urgency, no professionalism, and certainly no respect. And the manager, she is very dismissive and seems completely miserable. How are people like this?! Sad.

Fitting rooms close an hour before closing!!!! As always Zara always has a great last minute selection. Just make sure to bake in that insanely early fitting room closing!!!

Great selections. Took a star off for the long line for the fitting rooms and checkout. The lines did move pretty quickly.

This location is always messy. They're clothes lying around everywhere and clearly in the wrong spot. You're in a high-end mall but yet your store always look atrocious and the lines are always long.

I mean the worst experience I’ve ever had in my entire life of shopping and being a loyal customer in Zara. The manager was completely rude and unprofessional. Very scripted and it’s sad how much you spend in a company for them to talk to you the way they do. Ridiculous. Will take it up to higher management

I had the worst experience here with a return. I had the tags on tj clothes and the gift receipt and they wouldn’t refund on the card . They told me if I paid cash I would get a refund that’s crazy. Considering I tried to when I purchased the items and they told me they don’t take cash!!! Unbelievable I got a gift cardNow that I can’t use … Manager rolled his eyes at me and walked away ..
