Teller was extremely rude, nasty attitude when asked questions and rudely laid my funds down. Did not say thank you she instead started to talk to the teller next to her while other teller interacted with another customer.

My wife and I came to this branch to make a cash payment, we were told by the supervisor that they don’t accept cash payments which I know is false, I’ve made similar payments at this same location before. This same person proceeded to ask us if we used Zelle and then asked if we wanted to open an account to make our payment. My wife and I decided to stop at a second location in Fairfield to make the payment we were refused in Norwalk and was told by the rep there that they had to accept the payment because it was to a business.

I got there 10 minutes late to open a new bank account, had a 4:00 pm appointment to open a new bank account and there were so lazy, said can you come tomorrow instead, but the guy didn’t have any costumer , when it was 4:15 and they closed at 5: 00 pm .

There are constant problems with deposting checks with the ATM. They need to fix it so it is always breaking down. The people are nice in the bank but whoever is the manager in the bank needs to be replaced they are not taking care of any issues that occur over and over again. Please keep the ATM working and make sure customers can deposit money and checks at all times that is why you have the ATM but yours is always not working for deposits. UNACCEPTABLE.

My son and I were trying to purchase a Subaru in Norwalk last Saturday and needed a certified check. However, by the time we got to this Wells Fargo, it was 1:02 p.m., two minutes after the bank closed. Incredibly, after we knocked on the window, the manager, Love Malhotra, allowed us to come inside and get the check. Such incredible service and Mr. Mahlotra literally saved the day. He's the best!!!

I moved to Norwalk in June of 2014 and I have only been able to use the ATM at this location once. All other times I tried to use it it was out of order. So I end up having to use an ATM where they charge me money or drive across town to the other WF...
