This agency is the worst, the service is terrible, Mr. Ariel González, the banker of this agency, is the only one who speaks Spanish. He is not helpful at all with clients. This place is not recommended if you are Hispanic because there is discrimination.

Teller was extremely rude, nasty attitude when asked questions and rudely laid my funds down. Did not say thank you she instead started to talk to the teller next to her while other teller interacted with another customer.

If you want headaches, bad customer service, delayed transactions, holds, you are in the right place. I can't wait to close our personal accounts of our family and businesses accounts it would be a relief for us, go to bank of america or chase!
