The worst customer experience I’ve had at Wells Fargo. Asked for managers number gave me the banks general number. ATM had a line I went to simply deposit a check. They kept me waiting with no explanation. Went to atm after no issue whatsoever. I full expect someone to get back to me. I was given the branch managers name as Morgan Shelia.

I cannot believe how bad this bank has become. I had a 8+ year relationship with them. I won't go into the details but I highly do not recommend them. Customer service is the worst. I had four accounts with them that I closed back in January 2023. They just called me today to say that I owe them money, beyond ridiculous!!!!!Find another bank . The only reason there's one star here is because you can't post without putting down at least one.

I had never been able to enter this facility, they have been under construction for so long and they decided to always be closed and not post anything on the doors, there you are knocking and waiting for them to rudely come and say drive through only. Post it!

Always helpful, never any attitudes, wonderful employees. I've never had a pleasant experience at a bank until I switched to Wells Fargo. They explain everything in detail and answered all questions I had. I love this bank!

I've been a customer at Wells Fargo since 2013. It was the worst experience of my life. I will never go here again because they took too long to deposit my check for $4000. I own a business and they are asking me too many personal questions which is none of their business. I am seriously thinking about closing my accounts with Wells Fargo. Over them.

I am a long time customer of Wells Fargo bank, I just went into this Well Fargo branch to deposit a check from my brother and it was the worst experience of my life. The teller was not knowledgeable about his job and he made me feel like I was a criminal. He held on to my check and did not tell me the reason why, I finally had to ask him if everything was alright.

This may be the world's work bank. When we made purchases at Amazon, there were authorizations placed on our account to verify that indeed there was money in the account. These authorizations are supposed to drop off before the actual charges are applied. The authorizations appeared on Friday and were still around Monday night. Amazon verified they were just authorizations and Wells Fargo assured us they would drop off by morning. Tuesday afternoon -- they are still there. In the meantime, the actual charges were applied and still the authorizations are there. As a result, we went into the red and other charges (checks we wrote for utilities) were denied and we incurred NSF fees. Now if you know anything about Wells Fargo, even if it's blatantly obvious an overdraft is not your fault, Wells Fargo will show you hostility if you request the overdraft be reversed. Best case scenario -- it gets reversed 10 days later after you contact their investigative unit. How do I know Wells Fargo isn't doing this deliberately to make money off those who live hand to mouth? They were cited by the government as a possible criminal organization for not only creating accounts without the authorization of the customer but for setting up a whistleblower hotline so they could fire the Wells Fargo employees who call it. Stay away!!!
