The best Walgreens cosmetics department in Norwalk. Fully stocked, organized, relevant, and the employee who helped me today was such a sweetheart and super helpful. She seemingly had zero issues stopping the work she was doing (inventory/pricing product on the shelves) to stop and answer my questions. Sincerely top tier service.

Do not come here if you value your time, they’re always understaffed and the staff that is working is always hard to find and unhelpful. This place has a very negative vibe, I’m not surprised by all the bad reviews. Even though this Walgreens is walking distance from me I think I might start driving to a CVS on route 1 because it will be faster and more pleasant

The wait time for the drive through is just unreasonably long. The staff does not even acknowledge you while you are waiting, which may be upwards of 10-15 minutes, if not more. It’s actually quicker to go inside and be helped at the counter. Beware!

Went to this Walgreens On Saturday the 28th of October, this store was closed, the sign said because they were short staffed, which is a clear message that management treats thier staff poorly. Do better Walgreens, Do better! Saw at least 15 other people walk up to that locked Walgreens.

Same experience at the drive thru every time. I pull up, ring bell, and nothing. A few mins later, "I'll be with you in a few minutes". Customer service is a 0. If you ran a drive-thru service like this for any other business, you would be out of business within a month.

I put a 5 just for Sue. All the other employees are not friendly at all.
I have to have a procedure done and I had no idea what to buy. No one helped me until Sue arrived and she took the trouble to find everything I needed. That's why the stars are only for that responsible employee.

The pharmacy is never open during operating hours, and even when they rarely update their app/voicemail with shortened operating hours, they consistently close before then. At this point it is negligent, especially after months of this going on, to deny patients their medication and refuse to appropriately update hours. I'm so sick of rushing out of work to find this location's pharmacy closed, even when I was accommodating their drastically shortened hours, and called ahead to ensure then they would be open. If you're closing at 1pm, and your voicemail has been changed to say you're closing at 2pm, or if you are closing at 5pm instead of 9pm, have the decency to not lie to patients who have been going days without medication. If you need medication filled, and want to pick up during advertised hours, go literally anywhere else. It's telling any review in the last few years is 1 star

My experience with the photo store was disappointed. I had to visit the store 3 times for errors that workers made with my order. The first error was not having completed my order when I ordered it online a day before. The second error was the 2nd photo I ordered was cut incorrectly by 2 inches. The 3rd error was again not having my order ready so I had to sit and wait to complete even though the worker told me on the phone it was ready. I also had the unfortunate experience like many other reviewers to deal with a rude (young skinny guy) at the cashier which I had to "put in his place".

I went to this Walgreens because my insurance changed and I had no other choice. So many times I've had problems with my prescriptions at this walgreens. Today was the last straw. I was out of blood pressure medication and went to the store To get a refill. The man at the drive up window told me that I already already had the medication and that it was too soon for a refill. I told him that I was completely out of pills he said that I was not due for a refill for another 2 months. I could not believe this so I asked him to give me a copy of the print out of the medication. So that I could see for myself when was the last time it was filled. When he realized he had to give me the print out he said OK come back and get your medicine later on today. Instead of saying " I apologize I made a mistake yes you can get your medicine" he ignored the mistake he made and just told me to come back later on this evening. I drove away and called another Walgreens and ask them to fill the prescription when they went into the computer they said oh the medicine is ready at the other location! Why did the guy not simply tell me ma'am hold on we will get the medication for you right away. Instead he told me come back later on today leaving me with no medication. Then Less than 10 minutes later the prescription was filled and ready for pickup. I went to the other Walgreens to have my prescription filled. I will ask my doctors to transfer my medications never will I go back to this Walgreens. It is sad when you Lose trust in a place that is giving you medication that you need to stay alive. Please train your employees when they make a mistake to apologize. If they make a mistake and give out incorrect information like this man did then tell the customer what you're going to do to get them what they need and don't tell them come back later on in the day. horrible customer service!

Worst pharmacy experience. 30 min wait time in the drive thru. Won’t ship prescriptions when shipping is requested. Can’t get through to anyone on the phone. Avoid at all costs.
