My experience with the photo store was disappointed. I had to visit the store 3 times for errors that workers made with my order. The first error was not having completed my order when I ordered it online a day before. The second error was the 2nd photo I ordered was cut incorrectly by 2 inches. The 3rd error was again not having my order ready so I had to sit and wait to complete even though the worker told me on the phone it was ready. I also had the unfortunate experience like many other reviewers to deal with a rude (young skinny guy) at the cashier which I had to "put in his place".

I went to this Walgreens because my insurance changed and I had no other choice. So many times I've had problems with my prescriptions at this walgreens. Today was the last straw. I was out of blood pressure medication and went to the store To get a refill. The man at the drive up window told me that I already already had the medication and that it was too soon for a refill. I told him that I was completely out of pills he said that I was not due for a refill for another 2 months. I could not believe this so I asked him to give me a copy of the print out of the medication. So that I could see for myself when was the last time it was filled. When he realized he had to give me the print out he said OK come back and get your medicine later on today. Instead of saying " I apologize I made a mistake yes you can get your medicine" he ignored the mistake he made and just told me to come back later on this evening. I drove away and called another Walgreens and ask them to fill the prescription when they went into the computer they said oh the medicine is ready at the other location! Why did the guy not simply tell me ma'am hold on we will get the medication for you right away. Instead he told me come back later on today leaving me with no medication. Then Less than 10 minutes later the prescription was filled and ready for pickup. I went to the other Walgreens to have my prescription filled. I will ask my doctors to transfer my medications never will I go back to this Walgreens. It is sad when you Lose trust in a place that is giving you medication that you need to stay alive. Please train your employees when they make a mistake to apologize. If they make a mistake and give out incorrect information like this man did then tell the customer what you're going to do to get them what they need and don't tell them come back later on in the day. horrible customer service!

Some staff members make shopping and getting medication here an unpleasant experience. The women employees I’ve encountered, however, have been helpful and hardworking. Wide selection with great card and wrapping section.

To be honest usually I get jerky from here all the time and it was always fine but today I went over to Walgreens bought some jerky and I bought some and went home and when I went home I ate one and it felt weird so I looked in the bag and I saw all mold all over them and I'm just grossed out from it.

They really need to shorten the hold times on the phone. Every time I call I'm waiting at least 20 - 30 minutes. It's insane. Hire more people. There are plenty of people looking for jobs.

I have been going to this Walgreens for 7 years and never had a complaint. But tonight I saw a horrible thing. An employee of theirs (young boy called Anthony in general without many people skills) was cashiering. A woman who coughed deeply and long was trying to pay and did not have enough money. Her mask was half off her face. The woman called in her daughter to help with the payment. The daughter was not wearing her mask. I asked her to put mask on which she did but then took it off again. Then another woman friend of theirs came in to try to pay for whatever they were trying to buy. That woman had no mask at all. Meanwhile the first woman kept on coughing and coughing. I would have expected Anthony to either call the manager or ask the women to "mask up" or leave. He did not. I complained about this and Anthony was upset that I was upset!!! Really!!! Walgreens needs to pick their employees more carefully. Some of them are dreadful. And this incident tonight was a real shock. Additionally there was no manager to be found anywhere in the store and this was at 7pm on December 4th. I am shocked and very, very annoyed. Beware clients who go to this shop!

If you're here for the pharmacy - STAY AWAY. For the past six months, they have stopped filling my RX once the doctor electronically sends them. I have to call them for them to fill my meds. When you call the pharmacy, they answer and IMMEDIATELY put you on hold. They don't let you get a word in! Not even a "hey can you check if you got my RX" or a "hey can you run my RX thru so I can pick it up by the end of the day." Instead of talking to you they treat you as an annoyance when this is their job. And because they put me on hold for over 15 minutes, the line automatically hangs up on me and I have to play on the phone with them until the actually answer and hear me talk. If I'm on hold for too long I call with another phone line and they will answer that call before they answer the person that has been waiting. It's aggravating. Especially when you wanted to call in the morning to make sure the medication is ready and since they don't fill it right away , I show up and they tell me it's gonna be atleast an hour until they can fill it. It's not my problem but they turn it into my problem. I have other ways that I want to spend my time. My time is valuable. They also don't even apologize when they answer the new call instead of the person waiting on hold for over 20 minutes. They ignore what you're saying instead of saying sorry. I am switching over to CVS. I've been a loyal customer of Walgreens since 2007. Save your trouble, go elsewhere. These chain pharmacies could give a s*** less about their customers. They're so miserable and discriminate. They choose who they want to be nice to.

Worst customer service. Had to wait over 3 hours for a script and when we received it the bottle cap was not tightened on the medication and it spilled out by the time we got it home. Also, had to correct them multiple times on the sex of my child. Will never go back!!!!!

Still the same old rude service, went back there recently. Attitude and poor communication. Had a prescription problem and one tech told me they would call me back and never did. Went in and same old bad service as before. You get treated so poorly. A shame, they don't care.

On 34 minute hold with the pharmacy today. Staff would pick up and say "hold" but not stop to take a question or find out who is calling, etc. They eventually just hung up on me. Not the top experience.

AVOID THIS PLACE!! But if u need a pharmacy that is very rude & unprofessional & makes u feel like a burden - then this place wont disappoint u at all! I use to go here when I had no health ins to get my prescriptions filled. I would have to pay hundreds $$ a month for my medicines --and it was ALWAYSSS just a terrible experience!! One example: I'd stand at the pharmacy counter for 10-15 mins & not once would I be acknowledged by anyone behind the counter. And when I'd finally say to the cashier "excuse me but I've been standing here quite a long time, could u pls help me"... they'd just roll their eyes at me & tell me very rudely that "I have to wait just like everyone else" hmm ok i understand but woww u should still acknowledge that I've been standing there & not ignore me...woww!! And dont think calling them is any better bc you'll be put on hold indefinitely & then someone will pick up the phone just to hang up on u... Pls dont think chatting w the management is helpful bc they equally rude & disrespectful. Nobody here could care less about the customer and/or sales..This is by far the worst store I have ever shopped at. And I am shocked at how terrible this store operates... Well after one to many experiences of this nonsense I started asking other people & they too were disgusted w this place -- and it was recomd that me & my money go up the road to CVS... Just sorry I didn't go sooner!!

I am on a medication that is really hard to find at pharmacies in the area. The pharmacy staff is always really helpful and answers any questions I have in a timely manner. Most chain pharmacies are difficult to deal with. This Walgreens is super easy & I recommend it.
