Came in for a basic item. Distilled water for my CPAP unit. They had none. How would drugstore could be out of a basic thing like distilled water I don't understand.

The staff is nice but the pharmacy hours are absurd. How are you not open for even 3-4 hours on a weekend for pickups?! I tried to pick up during the week and my script wasn't ready. Got a text and went back and it was closed because there was no pharmacist available. Went back and they were closed again. They're closed weekends. I hate to switch because it's convenient but it's so hard to get anything from there.

I know the world is short staffed at the moment but this pharmacy has gone from bad to worse - from not opening weekends, to short hours, to changing hours at short notice, it's the hardest thing ever to get a prescription refill. I liked it as its in SONO and walking distance for me, but I'm afraid I will have to start taking my business elsewhere. it's too hard to get anything, and the staff just seem to have an attitude even when you are polite to them. Corporate needs to intervene before there is no business left.

THE WORST PHARMACY! The entire staff are beyond rude and the hours are ridiculously inconvenient for the average person. I can write many many unpleasant interactions with the staff but I'm spending too much time even writing this. I took my prescriptions to CVS.

I don't recommend this pharmacy. The pharmacy staff is very rude and not helpful at all. The pharmacist needs to find a new profession. She has no compassion with a terrible attitude. After finally parting ways with this local pharmacy due to their incredible unprofessionalism I was recently re-exposed to their practices while caring for my friend's elderly mother. Unsurprisingly I have been reacquainted with the atrocity of this Pharmacy. The Emergency Room is where my friend's mother wound up as a result of this pharmacy, and I am certain she will be back there again in the next 48 hours due to their continued ways. First, everyone was out of the pharmacy due to COVID, while this is somewhat understandable, what isn't is the lack of any backup plans or communication protocols. Finally, after two days, they were apparently open yesterday until 7PM, I went to the store at 4:45 to find out they were closed. Today, I spent over 1 hour on hold waiting for them to pick up, to then find out after physically visiting the store that the Pharmacy was again closed. If a Pharmacy is going to close unexpectedly like this, wouldn't they at least update their phone voice service and have some sort of contingency plan with other local pharmacies? My friend's mother 100% have to go back to the Emergency room now due to the poor communications and unprofessionalism of this store.

Terrible nasty lady. You close at 11pm NOT 10:45. The lady was at the door and said loudly and rudely "we are closed!!" And shut the door in my face at 10:45! Only needed one item for a family member with a bad toothache, she wasn't hearing it

The people working the Pharmacy are absolutely amazing. Friendly, efficient, and reliable. I never take the time to write reviews but this pharmacy needed to be recognized.
