These guys are sleezy, miss the older gentleman Jack. Stand up guy, stayed late and helped me through my issues. These guys just try to finesse you for their own benefit and then beg for a google review at the end. Probably why they have so many now.
I'd suggest any other verzion store with more genuine employees. Kevin & Steven are not the ones.
