Ossama, the Verizon Norwalk manager was very cheerful and welcoming. He took time answering questions and offering suggestions that would be best for me. I had his undivided attention. He made me feel like a valued customer. I was thinking of going to another carrier, but after speaking with him I knew I was with the right company.

I went to Verizon for a phone charger. The young salesman named Jake assisted me with courteous and professional enthusiasm. He helped me get a better deal, and and left a warm and great impression on me. Top notch service and experience.

I was recently in the store for help with my phone and account. Ossama the store Manger was wonderful to work with. I have been at the store in the past and it has always been a pleasure to work with him. Very pleasant and a weath of knowledge about the phones and accounts.

My wife and I recently traded in our Galaxy S20 phones for the S24 Ultra. I made the purchase online through Verizon, and then when we received our phones, I brought them in to the Verizon store near where I work to have the data swapped. I have been doing business with this store for over 10 years now, and they are great. The staff is knowledgeable and professional and wait times are minimal. One of their techs, Jake, did the data transfer for both phones within a few minutes. It was actually quite entertaining to watch him jump from phone to phone tapping here and there, accomplishing in a few minutes something that would have taken me quite a while. When Jake was done, I told him to keep our old phones and wipe them. Being a true pro with lots of experience, Jake reminded me I had up to 30 days to turn in the old phones, and he advised that I hold on to the old phones just to make sure that all of our apps & data transferred properly. I am so glad I listened to him. Most of the apps data transferred perfectly. But a few apps hiccupped and wouldn't sign in correctly. So with Jake's instructions, we connected our cables to each phone and patched over apps from the old phones onto the new phones to get them working as they should. After a couple of weeks, when we were sure that everything had transferred over completely, I brought the old phones into the Verizon store and turned them over to Jake. I'm pretty tech savvy, but I'm grateful to Jake and his staff at the Verizon store for being there to make the transition process as smooth and easy as possible. I'm a long-time Verizon customer. Jake and his colleagues are among the main reasons that I am.

Great experience getting a new phone & case. I worked with Jermaine who was patient when I forgot the pin to get into my account and he explain all my options; including an estimate to lower my bill. Would recommend this location to anyone needing in person assistance.

went to have a new SIM card sent to me by corporate.Person said I didn't need it and that one was not in there! I said I just went to danbury mall and had one put in in sept . So how could it not be in there! That being said. I said please put the one corporate sent me, so he put it in BUT NEVER activated it.. I left store card numbers on my iPhone did not match what was put in..So had to call Tech support and she got it activated...!!!

Run from this store I felt compelled to share an unfortunate incident I recently experienced at the Verizon store in Norwalk that has left a lasting negative impression on me. As a loyal customer, I believe it is essential to inform others about my experience to prevent them from facing a similar discrimination issue. During my visit to the on verizon store I encountered a heartbreakingly discriminatory encounter with a with a Asian manager with long hair who displayed clear prejudice towards my Hispanic background and sexual orientation. The manager's demeanor, use of offensive stereotypes, and deliberate undermining of my concerns as a customer were highly distressing. While I understand that this incident may not reflect the values of Verizon as a whole, it is disheartening to witness such discriminatory behavior within a store associated with a renowned company like yours. I highly recommend that prospective customers seek alternative Verizon stores in order to avoid potential encounters with individuals who exhibit such biased behavior. Discrimination has no place in any sphere, especially within the customer service industry. I genuinely hope that Verizon promptly addresses this issue by investigating the incident and taking appropriate measures to prevent similar occurrences in the future. As a result of this discriminatory encounter, I am considering taking my business elsewhere and finding alternative service providers that prioritize inclusivity, respect, and equality. It is essential for customers to know about such incidents so they can make informed decisions and support companies that genuinely value diversity and do not tolerate discrimination. Thank you for your understanding in this matter. I trust that you will ensure that my concerns are taken seriously and that appropriate actions are taken to prevent future instances of discrimination within the Verizon community.

He confirmed he has a problem with his employees committing fraud and used this as a basis to defend why he accepts a poor customer experience at this location. Go elsewhere unless you want your personal information stolen and used fraudulently.
