If I could give more stars I would! Ernest was such a delight! I’ve been struggling to find a new cell phone company to work with and he made me feel so confident in my decision to choose Verizon. Customer service was phenomenal! I’ll forever will be a Verizon girl!

This place is one of the best Verizon stores in the area. I have never met such knowledgeable staff that are willing to spend time with me and explain in detail what my costs will be. The manager even came over to check in and make sure I was being taken care of. If I could do more than 5 stars I would give 10 stars.

If I could give zero stars, I would. An employee, Alex I believe his name was, had access to my account when I had inquired about transferring my line to a different account and checking my eligibility for a phone upgrade. To be clear, I did not request any changes to my existing plan. I was only inquiring to understand my options. Once I had left the premises, I received text notifications that I had enrolled into a new service I did not authorize. When checking my account online, it appeared he had signed my three lines up for a bunch of services and perks I, again, did not authorize. This increased my bill by nearly $500. This is absolutely absurd and seems like it should be illegal.

Complete Satisfaction...... not usual at all Verizon retail spots.I arrived with my family to upgrade one phone and left upgrading all with a better plan for less money.Thank you Chris and Ernest for helping the process go smoothly and as quickly as possible.I will drive the extra 30 minutes to SoNo for this excellent service.Well done gentlemen!

A 25 year Verizon customer across multiple states and cities, and this is by far the single best Verizon store I've ever been to. The team here is so well informed and incredibly patient and kind.

i meant to write this review a few weeks ago - my husband and I recently came in here to upgrade both of our iphones. we didn’t realize it was 20 minutes before closing, but Chris helped us and assured us he was absolutely fine helping us and staying later for us. He was super helpful and friendly, and really took his time walking us through everything. A+ customer service

Truly amazing customer service. After I broke my iPhone, I made an appointment at Apple to get it fixed. Apple ultimately told me that my phone could not be repaired and I was just about to buy a new one when I remember there was a Verizon store down the hall. Going to Verizon was the right move. They addressed my issues, were incredibly nice, and they helped me save money on my plan while I was there. I walked out with the newest iPhone and it only cost me about $10 (was about to spend over $1,000 at apple) and a cheaper monthly plan. They also made sure everything transferred off my old phone. Before you go to apple, go to Verizon. Saved me a ton of money and the customer service was excellent. I dealt with Chris, who was phenomenal. And the store manager Earnest could not have been nicer. Great store. Great service. 10/10. Seriously folks, go here before Apple.

Chris was terrific. I came in for basic info and ended up with new phones, watch, accessories and more appropriate plans. He explained everything in an easy to understand manner, went through all the items and details with great clarity and much patience. I would highly recommend buying your devices from him and Verizon.

I’m genuinely surprised by the number of positive reviews given this store’s questionable sales tactics, deceptive business practices and overall mismanagement.As another reviewer stated, if you go in for a simple iPhone upgrade, the store will convince you to purchase an iPad and bundle for a “better” deal. They will state over and over that there will not be any noticeable changes to your overall bill, but that’s just not true. And when you realize there’s been a cost increase, Verizon customer service will not be able to assist. Your only recourse will be to go back to the store and demand they undo the iPad purchase.And when I say demand, I mean DEMAND. The store will gaslight you, attempt to charge a $50 “restocking fee” for the iPad, and basically try every trick in the book to make you feel like you signed up for the new plan. The best part? When they eventually undid everything (except the phone upgrade), we actually saw an overall decrease to what we were originally paying. Which makes me wonder how many customers giving 5 star reviews are blissfully unaware that they’ve been duped into a costlier plan.

Chris was incredibly helpful and patient. He helped optimize my plans, upgrade multiple devices on my account, and texted me as soon as my iPhone 15 arrived (two days early). Switching everything to my new phone took some time and he gave me estimates, so I didn’t have to wait in the store while everything was downloading. I couldn’t recommend Chris/this Verizon store more highly, 5+ stars!
