Not a full service post office. Cannot mail / get label with a QR code that is widely used ….they don’t have the correct scanner. Only bar code.

This place is terrible. I asked the indian guy behind the counter basic questions about stamps and how many he thought I needed for a simple letter. He snapped and said "just tell me what you want now or I can't help you". Horrible customer service and the usps hours are wrong.

Real sketchy USPS location, not clearly marked so it took 5 minutes of back and forth driving to find it. The cashier added a bogus line item (225 lamps x $0.01) to my $5 shipping. He is very clearly taking advantage of his customers, specifically those frequenting the nearby DMV office in Norwalk.

Their hours on google are very misleading. They do not start postal services until 9AM although their convenience store opens at 6AM.

Convenient location and friendly staff. Note that the USPS desk does not have the same opening hours as the shop that is located in. Also, for international packages, one needs to fill in the customs form online up front, print and bring it with you.
