DO NOT GET YOUR PASSPORT PROCESSED HERE! The lady we got was absolutely incompetent, lazy and not helpful. She refused to work until our appointment time, literally just sitting there not doing anything. We had 2 appointments for our 2 kids but had to amend one of the application. She refused to process the application for our other child while we make amendments to the other, which is madness, as again, we had 2 appointments! The supervisor is useless as well. They should just fire everyone who works there. Clearly reviews are terrible.

There is one pleasant and competent gentleman, usually working the left counter. IF you get him and IF you have something simple like a package dropoff, you might be fine at this post office.
Every other experience here has been terrible. They are inconsistent with residential delivery times, wait times are excessively long, and they're often out of supplies. If your package is late being delivered, just give up on it. Contact the seller and try for a refund. This office has marked packages as delivered or had them delayed for weeks, and it takes more than a week to get a reply from customer service which says "we don't know what happened, please contact the seller." It's embarrassing, and they need to do better .

Walked in with my mom and clearly the people working there do not want to be there RUDE and ratchet in front of kids I had one lady yell at me say I give what I get excuse me you work for the government why u so mad get better workers I will never return back fire that lady rude disgusting lady in the front that’s who you want to represent The US postal service like you don’t get to pick and choose who you want to be nice to DO YOUR JOB. She lucky I didn’t get get her name would of loved to blast her rude self

They make you wait almost two hours in line even though you have an appointment and the I don’t know the woman’s name at the front but she is black, she is so disrespectful and has an attitude. She refused service to me because she was supposedly on break, which wasn’t even true because she attended another customer not even 5 minutes later. As soon as she opens her mouth she automatically has a rude attitude for no reason.

They frequently close the Lobby earlier than is posted on the front door, making it difficult for people with PO Boxes to get their mail.

Wow! Went to the Post Office on Washington St. Ask the women a question. She was very rude and dismissive. My awesome mailman suggested I go there with my Inquiry. When I told her my mailman suggested I go there, she said he doesn’t know anything. She just walked away. My thought are, if you don’t like your job quit. Or better yet maybe you guys should stick her in the back sorting mail. Because she’s unfit to deal with the public.

Words Can’t Express How Arrogant, Unprofessional, Unpredictable Every Employee Has Demonstrated In Each Of My Visits At The Norwalk CT Location. This Is Very Disappointing. I No Longer Use USPS. I’d Rather Pay Extra Down At FedEx Or UPS. I Would Pay Any Amount For Impeccable Service. Lost For Words!

I don't know what's wrong with these people at this south norwalk branch post office but I'm not gonna keep going back and forth with them I've called the 800 number for USPS numerous times about my mail from my previous address and all I have been getting is the run around I've have been told since sometime around September is oh I'll be receiving a bundle of mail and have not received anything yet when the mail carriers come back to the post office from delivering that mail they need to an inspection of them MAIL BAGS Once they come back at the end of the day and let's not forget about the young ladies behavior at the front end when you come in very very poor customer service skills are some what unwelcoming when i have gone in there to inquire about me not receiving any of my mail the play d*** and clueless like they don't know what I'm talking about and they pretend like they're going in the back to check to see if I have any mail on hold when they know damn well they're probably stealing people's mail like I said them mail bags need to be inspected at the end of the day. And what's the whole point of getting the supervisor to come to the front if you were unable to assist me why would you go and get the supervisor she's just as clueless as you are about how to rectify the problem

4 stars thanks to assistant manager Jeniffer who helped me with a survival role. The employee at the front didn't want to help me until I told her that I had always done it there in the mail.
I have always wanted to work at the post office but when I see who my co-workers will be, I forget...
