I usually visit this location often. But after today’s experience with Sakil, I will choose to spend my money elsewhere. I understand it’s hard working retail on a Saturday but to treat someone with such disregard and disrespect was uncalled for. I understand this is a franchise location and maybe do not train customer service standards but lack of human decency isn’t something that can be taught anyways, I suppose.

I go to this location quite often and I always get the absolute best service out there! They are always so attentive and kind, they are very timely and get you in and out of the store quick I'm rarely waiting to be assisted. They always welcome me with a smile and a friendly face, and it makes my day! Especially Shakil, he is absolutely exceptional and should get a raise for all the hard work that he does on a daily basis!!!!

I have used the numerous times over the last 8 months and the team has been extremely professional + patient and very dependable. They have offered me different cost options for my international shipping and help me maximize the bang for my buck. I prefer to come here rather than another store, which is just down the block from me because of the personal service and the dependability of their information.

Ann Marie, Shakil, and Dayron, were outstanding to work with, they put me at ease and helped me navigate a very delicate matter. I also witnessed Ann Marie working with another client, she was professional and kind. They are truly hardworking members of our intimate community and should recognized as such.

I brought in a very old stuffed owl that had its wings spread out. I thought it would be impossible to pack up but Anne Marie took up the challenge and got it packed for me in no time.

It's always nice to walk in to a business and someone is ready to help with smile. My experience at this UPS has been excellent as I was greeted as soon as I walked in the door and was even helped with carrying heavy boxes I had for return. The staff was well dress and professional and always willing to go out of the way to help their customer. I say that because I sepnt good 15 minutes to do my return and while I was being help I can see customers are coming in and they are being treat extra nice and professionally. This is my UPS store to go to as I believe you will not find service no were else.
I really appreciate all their efforts to help their customers.

Customer service is absolutely ridiculous! The person I spoke to on the phone told me that I was taking too long on the phone and that he had a long line! Like Excuse me, WHAT? Well how about you not answer the phone if you have a long line of people and don’t have time to assist a customer on the phone? Zero stars would be given if there was an option, get it together over there!

Want to give a shout out to Cindy at the UPS store for her fabulous customer service. I had a large return and was super unsure of what to do. Cindy took my item, explained everything and weeks later I got my return. Quick and easy! Now I do my Amazon returns there! Great place!
