Just Now , I went to return a Shein package and an old lady was there . I tried to be nice to her, she looked mad . I understand that she could had a bad day but since I got there she was rude to me and she suggest me to go the other store which is in the main ave because my bag was spoiled and she didn't have box or bag to sell me one. I brought my daughter with me she is 4yrs old . This lady decided to wrap my bag and shipped, she was giving me the receipt when she told to my daughter "THIS IS NOT NICE" . I asked her what happened and she said yelling at me " She stuck her tongue out at me " . I asked my daughter and she said that she didn't . I am saying that she didn't because i did no see it. I said I am sorry if she did. MY daughter was saying NO NO NO and she start crying this lady was making fun of her how she was crying and laughing. She kinda of force my daughter to say GOOD BYE !!!!!. I say thank you and I left. I am not sure if the though that i don't understand English or just because I am Spanish thats how i feel the situation .

ups of NORWALK, what bad service to the public on the part of Mrs. Mary, she HATES Latinos, she treats them super badly, and she doesn't help at all, she also asks to pay by check, who is going to bring a check to send a package or pick it up from the store, today I had a wonderful day with this lady if you can call it that.

Worst Service Ever!!! They are racists (I am part black), and liars. They drove past my building and did not stop when I was waving to them and opened the door twice then they lied about the package being undeliverable (I told them a day before not to put it on the truck and I would pick it up at the warehouse they did not do so). When I went into the Norwalk warehouse, they called the police on me to have me removed from the premises for trying to pick up my own item I paid money for. After all, they promised me a day before would be there. When the Norwalk police showed up, they broke my glasses and it cost me over $150 to replace them. UPS ought to pay that cost. Sadley a lot of merchants use ups and I have to deal with this each time they send a package via UPS.

FRONT DESK STAFF IS VERY KIND AND HELPFUL. THANK YOU FOR HELPING ME FIND MY PACKAGE AND EXPLAINING POLICIES. I FEEL LIKEIF PEOPLE JUST UNDERSTOOD HOW HARD IT WAS TO DO EVERYTHING RJGHT, THEN IT WOULD BE MORE UNDERSTOOD THAT YALL ARE HEROES

Horrible customer service. Delivery driver did not give me a chance to come to the door . I call for them to hold my package at this location, they refuse to do it over the phone. Re-directed me to their website which has a fee. They are not trying to deliver packages they are trying to make a profit. All my UPS encounter have been great until i came along with this location

People often compalain about delivery services like this center is the ups global HQ. they're not. they're great at what they do for the local community and the front end workers are the best possible people to deal with in a shipping crisis situation

Let me tell what you can expect by going here , this is from experienced logistics person, the manager I encountered his name is Garry 09/27 , pack returned with signature show ID, refuse to give me the package , as soon as I left He marked it was pick up , that manager by the way poorly trained super rude unhelpful, honestly I don’t know the hiring process but UPS must investigate, just see how they solve the issue they want communicate with twitters and Facebook to solve that’s not how we are “ said UPS , team from UPS Georgia must come to investigate this facility

I went through hell for an entire month just to get my passport. When the passport agency finally shipped it UPS lost it in one day at this facility. I was supposed to go to a funeral but now I had to cancel my flight because of their careless. Then the cherry on top of all this is I’ve been calling for days trying to get an update and all I’m hearing is “we’re conducting an investigation”. If you were conducting an investigation it would’ve been found already. I hated the Ups before but now… if I see any of my packages being delivered by ups I’m canceling my order. WORST DELIVERY COMPANY!!!

Long-time loyal customer and I need to tell you that Holly is probably the only reason this building is still standing. No matter what, shes the only person there who really knows whats going on, so make sure to ask for her because shes the best!

I don't usually write reviews but I was in this store today and I was appalled at the treatment that some people think they can dole out to unsuspecting workers who only want to help. A customer at the front basically cursed out the nice lady at the desk because someone stole her package. Its not like the lady stole it, why are you yelling like that? I cant believe how customer behavior has changed since covid. I asked the womans name, and HOLLY handled this situation like a pro. She is really an amazing asset. UPS needs a million HOLLY's and less customers who are rude and terrible to people just trying to earn a living.

These reviews are insane ,The lady that works in front is amazing and the lady that works the early morning truck loading is great also . They have helped me on so many occasions, and if there was something they couldn't do they always pointed me in the right direction . Great location ?

My experience with Holly at this location has always been positive. I consistently will go to her every time to make sure I get the best service. She has helped me every time I needed it, including finding out where a package was that had gone missing.

I witnessed a terribly upset customer having a meltdown today. The woman at the front really took their time to help the situation and even helped the customer after they said rude things. It made me realize how much baloney these people need to deal with. 5 star customer service. Sorry you need to deal with terrible people, but you do a great job of it.

I work for a company that has a large account with UPS. Recently, Holly really sorted an issue we were having and I really apprecaite it. Ya'll need more people like her that do good things for customers. Sersiouly.
