I get packages held for pickup for my business on an almost daily basis and the woman, "holly", who works at the center is consistently helpful everyday. Time and and again she's gone above and beyond in helping me track lost packages.

One of our drivers Ed is great, other than that the rest of this company is a mess. Seams like stuff arrives late or damaged more often than it arrives without a problem. Tried calling customer service and all I got was a robot telling me to contact the sender about a damaged package.

I was literally chasing a package that couldn’t be delivered because the driver could not get into my building so I came to the customer center as soon as it opened! The lady calmed me down and talked me off the ledge while she scoured the trucks to find my package. ? very grateful!

I cannot believe the EXCELLENT customer service Holly provided. We had the incorrect address for a package that was shipped. Instead of returning the package or delivering to the incorrect address, Holly contacted me to obtain the correct address and had the package delivered the following day.
In addition, the recipient of the package did not respond to our request to confirm delivery until two weeks later and advised that they didn't receive the package. I contacted Holly and she not only remembered this situation, but provided the details of the shipping address.
Holly is a great example of an employee with integrity and a strong work ethic.

9 months ago I returned a broken automatic wristwatch winder to amazon. By mistake I left my Rolex watch in the winder. I contacted amazon customer service, the local amazon depot and the destination where the watch was headed. No success. If it hadn't been for Holly at UPS who suggested I contact Jeff Bezos directly, which I did, I wouldn't have my watch today. Amazon responded and I got my watch back. Thank you Holly.

Absolutely the worst experience I have ever had, UPS was booked by the company I used to ship my excess baggage over from the UK. 8 box weighing 50lbs each. The delivery was scheduled for Friday 05/24 between 9-6. No show! Logged in their system as missed delivery, just a lie, I took the day off work and was in the entire day, no one showed up. Redelivery scheduled for the next day between 2.30-6.30, I cancel my plans for the long weekend to make sure I am in to sign for my belongings, received a txt saying missed delivery at 10.08am, another lie, I was home and they weren't even scheduled until after 2.30pm. I call through to there robot and get nowhere. Reschedule for Tuesday 05/28 fir redelivery 2.30-6.30, I get a phone call at 11.55am from a driver wanting to leave my boxes unattended and without signing, 5 out of the 8 boxes. I take the rest of the day off work to wait for the remaining 3. No show. Reschedule between 2.30-6.30 today, another day missed at work. How are these people even in business, I don't what to do. You can't get anyone on the phone and the drivers just lie

Ordered a radio and paid extra for overnight.. tracking said 1045 to 145.. called number to get automated message. Worst experience I ever had..never shop with this company

A shoe company I ordered from couldn't get my (correct) address correctly and my order ended up at the Norwalk UPS Customer Service Center. I arrived there this morning and met Holly, who was AMAZING !!! Helpful, nice, friendly - all of the best qualities a person can bring to any job. She found my package in about two seconds and was just terrific. THANK YOU, HOLLY!!! E. Carter

Just Now , I went to return a Shein package and an old lady was there . I tried to be nice to her, she looked mad . I understand that she could had a bad day but since I got there she was rude to me and she suggest me to go the other store which is in the main ave because my bag was spoiled and she didn't have box or bag to sell me one. I brought my daughter with me she is 4yrs old . This lady decided to wrap my bag and shipped, she was giving me the receipt when she told to my daughter "THIS IS NOT NICE" . I asked her what happened and she said yelling at me " She stuck her tongue out at me " . I asked my daughter and she said that she didn't . I am saying that she didn't because i did no see it. I said I am sorry if she did. MY daughter was saying NO NO NO and she start crying this lady was making fun of her how she was crying and laughing. She kinda of force my daughter to say GOOD BYE !!!!!. I say thank you and I left. I am not sure if the though that i don't understand English or just because I am Spanish thats how i feel the situation .

Absolutely the worst. UPS as a whole is a garbage company. USPS is garbage as well. The entire shipping industry is unreliable!!! They are prepaid to ship parcels, so it doesn’t matter to any of them when the parcels arrive. THEY HAVE BEEN PAID!!! No urgency, and nothing but rejects working for these companies!!! REJECTS. And??with your automated reply!!!!

ups of NORWALK, what bad service to the public on the part of Mrs. Mary, she HATES Latinos, she treats them super badly, and she doesn't help at all, she also asks to pay by check, who is going to bring a check to send a package or pick it up from the store, today I had a wonderful day with this lady if you can call it that.
