Called over 6 times today and no answer from the employees in store. I waited for about 5-10 minutes each time before it was finally transferred over to the call center… each time. Why have employees working when the call center is doing all the work? Ridiculous! Train your staff to answer calls. There’s no uhaul company ever that busy. The point in continuing to call was because the calls center system was down and they were not able to answer any questions related to what’s in stock and what isn’t.

The shop where I picked up the women who helped was very nice. Unfortunately the system in place to complete the transaction was very time consuming..
