I dealt with Rich, who was truly truly fantastic. He had a lot of patience and worked with me to find what I believe will be the best tire on my jeep as far as snow and road noise. I would highly recommend this location and I believe all those trained by Rich will be just as good. If I could give him an 11 out of 10, I would definitely give him an 11.

I had a tire damaged beyond fixing, put on a temporary donut, and came to TFT on Connecticut Avenue in Norwalk, CT as a walk in, hoping to get the tire replaced since I had company arriving shortly and I needed the car. Rich and his team responded swiftly and not only replaced the tire with the right tire, which was in stock ( I love that TFT actually stocks the tires for so many models) but did the much needed alignment and had me on my way about 75 minutes after I walked in

Got my tires changed pretty quickly even though some of my parts were pretty rusted. Had me out under the time frame they gave me. Stef was great and provided great customer service. He was super friendly and made the whole process really simple and easy.
