This location is OK. It's understaffed and otherwise the staff was unfriendly. The selection was meager. The shoe section left so much to be desired that I shopped what I needed online while there which was as equally needed as it was counterintuitive. I absolutely love Nordstrom but I'm today years old finding out not all Nordstrom's are created equal.

This is a beautiful store at the SoNo mall. The service is excellent. You can find really great things even on sale. There's a restaurant, too. They have a nail spa, nice handbags and shoes.

I guess the days are gone when Nordstrom was known for good customer service. After spending about $250 for two pairs of slacks that were supposed to be delivered to the South Norwalk store for alterations, I was charged the full amount, but the pants were delivered to a store on the West Coast. The pants were supposed to be re-shipped to Norwalk store, but they never arrived. After calling the main customer service number, and the store itself, I was first offered a one dollar courtesy discount for the inconvenience. I then waited another two weeks, but the pants still never arrived. The staff of the Norwalk store is either not smart or not empowered to get anything done. I finally gave up on the runaround and got my credit card to reverse the charge. A day later in Nordstrom called to say they would agree to refund the original charge. Go figure.

the lady who works at the men's belt department(the obese one ) is completely disrespectful and has a horrible attitude with customers . from giving dirty looks to talking negative abut customers to employees everytime i'm there she ruins the experience

The shoe department has a big selection and the staff are a big help. Any other department needs to beef up customer service. Even hard to find a register thats open.

I ordered an item that was " out of delivery" over 24 hours ago. It was on a truck less than 5 min away. Now it's taken 2 steps back and is " in process- label being created" This makes no sense??? No one will help me- no contact info/ no follow up.
