My recent visit to TD Bank left me utterly disappointed and perplexed. Despite having successfully cashed a check from the same person for a significantly higher amount just a week ago without any issues, I encountered unnecessary obstacles and blatant ignorance regarding basic banking procedures.Upon presenting my identification and the check in question, I was informed by Claudia and her manager that I needed to open an account in order to cash it. This requirement seemed arbitrary and unwarranted, as my previous experience at the same bank had clearly demonstrated otherwise.Adding to the perplexity, I was incredulously met with skepticism regarding my occupational status. Claudia and her manager seemed unable to fathom that a hardworking, young woman, who happened to be wearing worker boots, could be associated with a well-to-do political family. Such presumptuousness and stereotyping were deeply disheartening.Furthermore, Claudia and her manager claimed that they had attempted to verify the authenticity of the check by reaching out to the bank account holder. While I appreciate the importance of security measures, their insistence on investigating the check despite providing them with all the required identification felt like an unnecessary invasion of privacy. This unwarranted suspicion only added to my overall insult.In my vast experience with various banks, never before have I felt so disrespected and belittled. TD Bank's lack of comprehension on how to effectively run a bank, coupled with their insensitivity and misguided assumptions, has left me with a sour impression. As a customer seeking nothing more than to efficiently cash a check, the treatment I received was completely unwarranted.I implore TD Bank to take immediate steps to rectify this situation and ensure that their staff receives proper training on banking protocols, customer service, and most importantly, sensitivity towards their patrons. Until these improvements are made, I deeply regret to say that I will be seeking financial services elsewhere.

Imran was an amazing customer service person! He went above and beyond to help me out. His approach was spot on, and his service was absolutely perfect. Imran really made a difference in my experience, and I can't thank him enough for all the assistance he provided. He's definitely someone you can rely on when it comes to customer service. I have the best experience at this branch experience with zade is always wonderful they do there best to please everyone even the rude disruptive customers as well , I give the bank manager ZADE 100stars the things I witness as a customer seeing what non customers and customers put her through my oh my goodness, she is such a pleasant person and have wonderful personality and business professional

This staff is a joke. I brought in a TD bank check and they refused to cash it since I didn’t have TD bank. Zade the manager and rashedul both management team refused to serve me and give me the money I deserved because I wouldn’t open an account with them. Do not go here. They aren’t here to help you.

3td time called in change order. Gave everywhere from 60 minutes to 2 hours.Each time had to wait minimum of 30 minutes to fill. What's the point of calling it in? As you guys say. "you can call it in"

TD Bank is one of the best banks I ever had. They have great hours and I always have a great experience when I go inside. The staff is professional and friendly. I also like the ATM they have where you can choose what types of bills you want (5, 20 or 50). I would recommend this Bank to anyone and giving it five out of five stars.

Daniel and Imran are very professional and helpful. Daniel helped me go thru all the processes of making a new account and make everything smooth as possible, while Imran is very knowledgeable in what he does, and he answers all complicated questions. Very good team indeed.

I have gone to this TD location a few times for account maintenance and to make cash deposits using the ATM. Every time I've interacted with employees, especially Rose, I've had a lovely experience. The staff is beyond helpful and remembered me and my dogs.

Our business have a long relationship with this bank, but with the change of the brand manager and some new stuff ,the efficient and nice every day transactions went to a bad experience. They are very slow, they don't want to give us change, and the attitude of the new manager is totaly unfriendly. What happens with the crew??? Some of the all crew members are good, but the new ones and the actual manager are really inefficient. We're thinking to give our business to the competition.

Went in on a Friday afternoon. Stood in line waiting for 5,minutes for anybody to show up at the teller's station. Literally not a single teller at the front. Gave up and left---definitely NOT "Americas most convenient bank' This is after they closed the branch in my town.
