I went to the deli department today. The deli manager/supervisor whatever he was with the white coat told me he couldn't make me a custom sandwich that I wanted to buy. Then he was looking at me angry because he was a lazy person who just didn't care about his job. He started eating food in the deli with another employee while on the clock. I didn't have a problem with the other employee but the guy in the white coat for sure. I know I'm not black and they were, maybe they were racist or just lazy . Anyhow. Eating a sandwich he made for them in the deli to eat while on the clock is disgusting and disrespectful towards me especially after me politely asking. Please fire the man who wore the white coat. He does not deserve to work there treating a paying customer with disrespect for no apparent reason whatsoever also, talking with his mouth full around food not sanitary at all

The app sucks. Scanned my groceries twice and both times the app crashed when I tried to access the cart and checkout. Wound up having to get a scanner from the front of the store and scan everything a third time. They need to fix the app because it's pretty much useless.

Never really thought about getting a Birthday cake from Stop & Shop before, but decided to give it a shot.Tiffany, in the bakery department was great. Super helpful and offered awesome suggestions.She actually went on to help me with two cakes for my daughter and they turned out great... Both to eat and look at. They were a hit at our party.Give them a shot... Thanks Tiffany!

I used to always loved to come to this place because the location is convenient. Although I know now why this place is always empty. I went to customer service asking for help because the pricing I was being charged was not the same as it said on the sign. The employee was trying to be smart with me and trying to explain it in "simple terms" trying to make me feel d**** The employee then walked over with me to the item and they told me that the price was actually something else even though they were at the product with me and the sign they put up was clearly reading a different and cheaper price! Before I can even talk with her again she walks away.

Absolutely no one on the cash registers at the Norwalk, Connecticut Ave store. Not one person, and the self check out was at least 10 deep. There were several senior citizens wondering what to do. The customer service was also closed. No one was running this place apparently! Finally a man showed up and opened one register. Absolutely ridiculous. Some customerd left their full carts behind and gave up.

My usual go-to grocery store. Spend almost 1000 a month there. Had a terrible experience with the woman over seeing self check out. This woman hovers over my shoulder the entire time as i am doing self check out for around $150 dollars. Short lady, gray hair, probably pushing 60. I mean she was obtrusivly close, no personal space. Then when leaving she asked if I paid for the soda! I said, lady you were staring at me the whole time. No other employee ofthestore has been this aggressive. I showed her the receipt, but she was giving me attitude the whole time. I may have looked a little scruffy with a beard and casual clothes, but I am fairly well to-do, obviously not trying to steal freaking soda pop! My point is, if the store doesn't trust me to check out my own groceries then they shouldn't have self check out. Hire some cashiers. And screw that employee, she sucks

First and only time I'm 1. Shopping here and 2. Using online pick up. My order was not ready on time and I was charged for products that they did not actually give me. I called the store to try and resolve it, sat on hold for five minutes, someone picked up and asked what I was on hold for, said hold on, and then hung up on me.

Always out of specials on my deliveries and regular things Keep them in stock, or quit advertising. I'm house bound and can't keep ordering and paying delivery fee and tips.

The Good: They have everything under the sun. You will never have to go anywhere else to find what you want.The Bad: This is an old-school supermarket...Linoleum flooring, Florescent lighting, etc. none of the new age hipster attractions that we've been conditioned to love.
