The last 2 times that I have gone in my coffee has been made wrong. One time it was extremely busy so I brushed it off to that ( the coffee was at lest drinkable) the next time I was the only one ordering . I didn’t take a sip until I was half way to work. I asked for 1 shot of the blonde espresso and they must have put in 4 it was so bitter I couldn’t even drink it. I feel like I wasted $16 of my gift card. Both times they were made by the same guy.

I’ve been ordering the same coffee for months . Lately each drink is containing less and less coffee . As a hairdresser I rely on my morning coffees so this wasn’t ideal for me .I usually order 2 venti cups of the same coffee for my husband and myself.When I picked up the cup , it felt so light I decided to I take the the top off and see how much is there.To my surprise -There’s maybe a “grande” amount of coffee in my cup with a ton of foam . I feel like This is ridiculous since Starbucks is Charging almost $7 for a large coffee. receiving less coffee for the same dollar amount should not be general practice . I Most likely will not be returning to this location ..I have several photos over the last week where this happened and posted 2 different days below .

Today was INSANE... I don't know if the store needs more staff or what... but it took 1 hr to complete my order... I order on the app 20 mins prior to arriving at 6:50am... when I got there the place was packed... my order was not ready, so I left to pick up one of my sons friends... came back ( 10 mins later) only 3 of our drinks were ready...We waited... the forth drink wasn't even being made.... it was still about 3 in from being touched... I left AGAIN... to drop kids off at school.... came back about 15/20 mins later... 1 drink was finished... it took anther 15 -20 mins to finish the rest...I finally left at 7:55am.. I get it, when you get busy its hard... BUT... we should at least finish a full order.. before moving on to the next... How does one order take 1 hour to complete!!! ... Owner needs to figure out a solution.. 4 people working on a morning like today is not enough.... because I can tell you the amount of confusion and delays, was out of control, many walked out and I can tell you, they won't be back!

Some of the rudest and most miserable staff I’ve ever had the misfortune of dealing with. Messed up my order as well. Proceeded to give me attitude when I politely pointed it out. Refused to correct their mistake.

I am waiting in line for my drinks and noticed how dirty it is in here. Fruit flies in the food case. Crumbs all over the floors. I just feel so itchy in here. Employees are great and pleasant. Place is dirty. Where is management?

My drink tasted fine, the atmosphere seemed a bleh. The employees didn’t seem rude or anything.Unfortunately I was needing a drive through, this one is marked as having a drive thru but there isn’t one. Unless I missed it somewhere and the window on the inside is hidden.

They are out of cold brew this morning and won’t take the time to make it. Currently, there is no line waiting. I explained that I am trying to pick up coffee for my son and his wife who has been in labor all night and finally delivered. I’m on my way to see them and this is what they wanted. Made no difference - the manager said they are too busy to make the cold brew.

I asked specifically for French Roast. I wanted to try it before I ordered a bag of it on Amazon.Turns out they are currently not selling French Roast so instead of telling me they gave me what I believe to be a Christmas special which I didn't care for. What ever it was it was sweet and tasted strange.I would of asked for something else if I knew.

I always love the variety Starbucks offer. My only compliant and reason for giving a two is the crew at this place and the customers that they have on a daily always seem uncomfortable when I am their.... makes me feel like people of color aren't welcomed
