I really like the Staples store at this site. It is Clean and well laid out. Staff has always been very helpful and I leave feeling satisfied. Whenever I have had a problem in the printing area, the staff has been very helpful in solving my problem.

Staples on Main Ave. in Norwalk Ct. is always a pleasure to shop at. They always have the items I need. If other items are needed a staff person is most helpful in locating the item. The store is well set up and neat and clean!

This is one of the saddest Staples I've ever been to. The store was like a ghost town, hardly any customers or staff. There wasn't even music playing. They were clearly understaffed and the staff that was there very obviously did not want to help customers. I get that working retail can suck, but as a customer it felt very off-putting and unwelcoming. I'd rather go to a Staples that is further away with a friendlier staff than return this Staples, which is closer to where I live

Came in to print a few things. I’m 60 yrs old and not very techie. The service rep in the printing area was so awful!… not helpful at all!!!! I realize it’s a self serve deal you have going on but isn’t that what she’s paid for??? The multi step directions to print is ridiculous!… on top of it the sun is shining through the window on the printer making it impossible to see. But seriously, the woman with the long hair and bangs behind the counter obviously dislikes her job and she had the personality of a fish. Hire someone who actually cares Staples!… I ended up aborting my mission to print with no offer of help. Shame on you!!!

Had my WORST Staples visit ever.Could not find someone to help me find a USB adapter. Finally asked the cashier and she took me back to the aisle but wouldn’t help me further to actually find the product. I searched some more before showing the cashier what I needed on the website (which showed in stock). The adapter was not in the cabinet behind her and the manager confirmed that the adapter was out of stock. He said they didn’t have ANY non-Apple versions and didn’t give any other options of what I could do.I also wanted 2 boxes of pens that were $12 each online. They were $25 each in store. I asked if they had the $12 boxes, but they said they didn’t have them. They couldn’t match the online price because the boxes they had were a “completely different stock number.” Same exact medium Papermate flair pens, but alright. Left the store without them.I then did the 1-hour in-store pickup option and got the SAME 2 boxes for the $12 price. There was some weird smudge on one of the boxes, so I knew it was the same one I was trying to buy earlier. I could have bought them for $9 on Amazon, but was trying to support Staples. After such an unpleasant and unhelpful experience, I’ll take my purchases elsewhere from now on.

Miserable experience today - probably bad enough that I will avoid going to any Staples shop again. Young man with black hair (long fringe), some kind of chain necklace and a black t-shirt was the only one at the print station. I approached him to ask about a printing project and he was nothing but unkind. He didn't even make the effort to come up to the counter, instead he shouted back half answers to me. I asked him about "11x14" poster paper which was clearly advertised on a sign in the print shop, and he said "that doesn't exist." He barely made eye contact, and turned around to go back to his computer screen before I was even finished talking. Hard to explain his posture and rude demeanor, but it was clear he didn't want to help. He was also not wearing any kind of uniform or badge - just his intimidating black shirt/sneakers ensemble and chain. Was not a fun experience. I left immediately.

Came in for a return and the manager was rude and unprofessional. I like to give people the benefit of the doubt but it bummed me out!

Went to the Staples store to shop for new laptop. Have purchased one here previously & was happy with service from team. This new purchase was no exception & did not disappoint. I initially worked with John the Store Manager who helped me to determine the right replacement. After narrowing my options was still on the fence. In the interim based on my earlier laptop package the team ran checks to determine the performance level. Mellissa the Tech Manager kept me inform of the process & results. The final conclusion was for my needs time to upgrade. John & Melissa helped to ensure I was able to get the best pricing & Melissa walked me through the best addons for my needs. From there Ryan also in Tech worked on transferring data from old to new & making sure I had the right programs. I am so happy & grateful to the team of John, Melissa & Ryan for making this transition as painless as it could be.

This location really should be shut down. Go to the other Norwalk location. There is ALWAYS a problem in this store ALWAYS. Furthermore the Indian lady was basically trying to force an extended warranty on me. Was not taking no fir an answer. How many times does one need to say no? This is not the first time I walked out at this specific location leaving all the items on the counter. New Milford store is excellent. This one should close completely.

Your manager, John at Norwalk Staples is an ANGEL!I had an incredible amount of printing to do for a deadline the next morning. Not only did John step in and help… (which never happens nowadays… Amazing). But he stayed even for a bit after hours to make sure everything was done properly, and then carried out for me. It’s been a long long time since I have seen customer service and management in this way. Bravo John! He is a keeper Staples!
