They have no idea what they were doing. I just wanted to open a line and they told that I can’t do that and they can’t do that bc I need to call customer service before I open a line. They gave an attitude as they told this. Never coming here again.

I recently had the pleasure of working with Brian Dooley, the store representative at the T Mobile store located at 384 Westport Ave in Norwalk, CT. Let me just say that Brian was absolutely fantastic to work with. From the moment I walked in the door, they were friendly, attentive, and knowledgeable.One of the things I appreciated most about working with Brian was their attention to detail. They really took the time to listen to my needs and concerns, and then provided thoughtful and well-informed recommendations that helped me make the best choices for my situation.Throughout the entire process, Brian was patient, kind, and professional. They made sure that I was comfortable with every decision I made, and never once made me feel rushed or pressured. Rebecca is the rudest sales personnel I have ever met. She rolled her eyes and made a grimace the moment I walked in. No greeting, no respect. She is clearly a very wrong fit for TMOBILE. Rebecca- if you hate people and your work- maybe you need to look for another job. You didn't want to lift a finger and do anything, just preferred not to be bothered and go back to listening music and scrolling on your phone. If your parents didn't raise you right, that is your issue, not customers. @tmobile you need to raise the bar who you are hiring!!!

Besides the rude and horrible customer service they can not be trusted to complete the most basic forms of transaction after waiting an hour to receive a phone they gave me the wrong SIM card and when I returned the phone completely and cancelled service the associates gaslit me and asked why did I not come sooner? Avoid this store at all costs.

I went there 2/03/23 to get help with my bill. The representative took a personal call while “helping me” and didn’t even excuse herself. In the end, she told me to just call 611. This defeats the purpose of going to the actual store. I’ve been here before with zero issues but this was abysmal customer service. I went to a different store and my issue was resolved.

horrible customer service... management and clerks can't be bothered with customers, its as if customers are only here so they can get a pay check. This is how companies lose customers...
