My son fell on the ice, and bit into his lips, bleeding heavily. All staff ran to help, bringing ice and the emergency kit. They also encouraged my son all along. Very nice people.

No seating options in rink but restaurant and bar above rink is great. And the overlook areas work just fine for viewing or streaming a game.

SoNo Ice house is amazing! The best date night is Friday night public skate at the rink, and then heading to the beer garden right next door for live music. I just wish SoNo ice house had more public sessions, some figure skating options and at least one figure skating coach on staff.
