The ShopRite pharmacy is the best. They are fast, cordial and they look for the best deal for a senior. Best they give a great shot. MI barely felt my flu shot and COVID update.

The manager is very rude and unprofessional. The workers don't say hello or be nice.

Some of the nicest people in the industry. Very kind, patient and professional. Takes the time to answer any questions I have and best of all my prescription is always ready when I'm done shopping!

Overall, this is the best place in town for a middle-class, middle-age broad like myself. Would I rather be shopping at Whole Foods? You bet...but the produce here is way fresher than at S&S or TJ's, and the sales are unbeatable. The only reason for four stars is the older man at the self-checkout, who acts like a head case whenever I check out there. He actually came over and loudly counted my items in front of other customers (which added up to 19 in the "under 20" lane), and then told me I had "too, too many," (or would that be "two too many"?). In any case, until I hit a number, this place is my jam.

Been a patron since they opened their doors and won't shop anywhere else. There are real people there, visible, to help you find something

This is the closest supermarket that has great prices and a lot of deals on a lot of the products that I enjoy. However, sometimes I even come here just to snack on their premade meals. The chicken that is rotisserie is really tasty and the mac & cheese is a perfect way to enjoy your lunch.

Food is overpriced compared to other grocery stores in the area. Was in there recently and experienced the rudest and most argumentative female employees that I have ever experienced. It was disgusting to be around there toxicity. barf Felt like I needed a vacation after spending 2 minutes with them. Go up the street and experience decent friendly people and a better grocery store.

I have been coming here for the last few years. It's nothing special and it's priced competitively. I like the store because the staff is friendly, not pretentious, and is well laid out. Mouthing is questionable here and although it can be a madhouse at times, what store isn't studying certain times? I like it's location as it is within 1/4 mile of everything such as home depot, walmart, home goods, chic fil a, etc... I like their bakery items as they are not trying to be fancy and it reminds me of my childhood.

Angelo and his technicians are very helpful. Noori helped my mother when there was a holdup in renewing her BP medications by giving her a few pills. I like how Angelo takes the time to explain to me about insurance issues. I've never used another pharmacy other than Shoprite of Norwalk.

Worst Shoprite in Southern CT! This is the only Shoprite in Norwalk and it is the Worst! Poor selection, never fully stocked & they cater to the latino population not the Italian population. It is dirty, shelves never fully stocked frozen vegetable section NEVER FULLY STOCKED BIRDSEYE BRAND and it is poorly managed. It is like owners are saying we are going to do business and make a lot of money no matter what because this is the only store in Norwalk CT so why make it better! This store needs to be totally renovated meaning a BRAND NEW STORE CLEAN AND LARGER like the one on Commerce Rd. in Stamford CT then they need to bring competent managers like the one in Stamford CT and a better chef for the hot food bar like the one in Stamford CT on Commerce Rd. Also the Deli is the Worst! But as long as people keep purchasing their crap they won't change anything! Stamford CT has several stores three Shoprite stores and the one on Commerce Rd being the best the one on Shippan Ave. being the worst in Stamford and several Grade A Shoprite stores Springdale being the best out of the smaller Grade A stores! This one is disorganized dirty and has nothing to offer! I end up having to go to Stop and Shop across the street in Norwalk CT on the Post Road or when I get a chance try and go to the Stamford Store on Commerce Rd. but it is out of my way so I stick to Stop and Shop!

My husband and I shop here on a weekly basis for the last 20 years! However, I am sad to say that I had an extremely distasteful experience tonight. The store manager this evening was exceptionally rude and condescending to the cashier and myself. I informed him that I will be contacting the store supervisor. What a turn-off to such a wonderful store. The people in charge of hiring should vet their prospective managers more thoroughly.
