I have been going there for several years. So much better than the big box stores. Convenient, knowledgeable & helpful staff, clean, great selection. With the online coupons, pricing is better than the big box. No more fighting for a parking space, schlepping through the store, waiting for help...

I was looking for a clear glaze to mix for a statement wall. I found one on the Sherwin Williams site. The original price was $68. and some change. It was on sale for $45. The site said to order online & have it shipped to the store. It was also the last day of the sale. I called the store to confirm (not being a pro) that this was what I was looking for & the person that answered said he didn't know, that I should call back to talk w the manager the next morning. So I did & yes, it was what I needed. The next problem was the sale ended that night but I noticed a new one starting 3 days later. My project was stalled. No big deal. I waited, ordered, side note: there was an extra fee of $11 without any breakdown why...paint fee??? No idea but I still placed the order. And then I waited some more to receive an email saying my order was cancelled but didn't state a reason. The email gave a # to call. 20 minutes on hold twice to find out I needed to call the store to find out the same person I originally spoke with cancelled it! I'm still not sure why! He didn't provide a reason. He sounded confused & finally said he would replace the order....smhThat's it. I'm done. I did not resubmit the order. I'll cut my losses & go someplace else. I suggest you do the same.

Clearly not built for the homeowner. Today I visited the store for the first time and an associate looked at me but did not greet me or ask if I wanted help. As soon as two contractors walked in, they were immediately greeted and assisted. Sad but I wanted to shop a “local” business but I guess I’ll stay at Home Depot and Lowe’s.
