Walter is the best! So easy to work with and seems to always have great quality in stock when others do not. Reasonable prices. Professional and great installers. We literally get all of our furniture from Walter at RB. And our flooring is gorgeous. Quick turn around and excellent quality.

Walter and his staff was amazing...he transformed the carpet to a beautiful wood floor and recommended new furniture. Came home to a beautiful updated room and all of the old furniture and carpet gone! Highly recommend!

I have been waiting over 3 weeks for a couple of small remnant carpets to be binded. Was charged upfront and was told the work would be done initially under a week. Now every week I call with a promise of carpets being done and still haven't received them.

Great job by Walter's crew refinishing our wood floors. Before they did the job, the floors really looked terrible. They did a wonderful job, took their time, and when it was done it was absolutely beautiful!

Every one of the folks here are courteous and professional. It's not as polished as the big box stores, yet you get warm and honest service at the VERY BEST prices. Walter has been my go-to person for years. A+ rating.

Just had my flooring installed by Rockbottom. Despite a rocky beginning, whereby my initial pick of flooring was recalled by the manufacturer (not Rockbottom's fault), we picked another design that I like even more! I found Walter to be fair and honest, and a pleasure to work with -- and the installers really were extremely courteous and conscientious about moving my furniture and returning it to the same location, plus cleaning up, prior to leaving. Highly recommend!

Will never shop there again. Never even got my furniture delivered and he doesn't want to give me my money back. Horrible Service had to keep calling for delivery.
