Needed an insurance card asap for a vehicle we needed to get registered for our company. I tracked down Rocco and he immediately sprung into action and guess what? He emailed me the insurance card within 10 minutes. Really appreciate the way he got this done. Thanks Rocco. That is why we stick with you and your services.

Rocco is a scumbag after he screws up your insurance and you call him out on it he throws a hissy fit and then says he will cancel all your insurance you have with him even if your paid in full. He will have a lawsuit if he cancels my insurance that he can bet on, because I already called State Farm and my lawyer. State Farm changed the agency that I deal with but because of this I'm going to shop around for a new insurance company all together because if this trash represents State Farm then I'm going to shop around there are alot of insurance companies out there. I got a better deal from progressive insurance for my motorcycle and now I'm going to look around for new homeowners insurance and car insurance and umbrella. I never had to deal with Rocco the mouth because I always talked to dave f who has always been 1000 % professional but I don't think he works there anymore. Dave and Heather are the reason why I started doing business with this l**** in the first place.

Excellent service and staff! They're good at their job! Staff knows a lot about what you need to get whatever claim is needed for you. Been to many insurance companies and this particular location with Rocco is the best!

I recently needed to price an Error and Omissions liability policy during negotiations with a customer. Of course, it came up on New Year's Eve! The Casinelli agency has the best staff! They are always polite and follow through with any issue i've ever had! When I registered my last vehicle, the DMV found a problem with the insurance card, and Rocco hand delivered the new card to me AT THE DMV OFFICE! 5 star service for sure!!
