This hotel room was like a Magic Eye poster. On first glance it just seemed like a normal hotel room. Then, as my eyes adjusted, I saw the mystery stains on the walls, the sheets, the floors. The mold in the bathroom. So much mold. The dead insects just kinda...stuck to the walls. If you're looking for a place to stay in Norwalk...do yourself a favor and keep looking.

It was dirty. Both sheets and towels not well laundered. The greasy ottoman was a highlight. The mattress was hard and uncomfortable. Would not return

Disgusting…stayed here over may 25th of 2024. Imagine being told your room is $180 a night and when you open the door there are dead brown banded cockroaches all over the room, in the shower and crawling out of the shower and sink drains. Granted, I read the reviews before hand but it’s a bit shocking walking into a room like that being tired from driving all night. I told the owner upon checkout and he said he knew about the roaches and was trying to take care of them. I sensed a bad attitude for sure and Didn’t offer a discount on that asinine cost of the room. Not that it would’ve made it right. That place should be shut down fr.
Rooms: Squeaky floors, not clean
Safety: Department of health should be concerned
Noteworthy details: Roaches, vermin outside

Owner is rude. He could care less if you stay there or are satisfied with his disgusting hotel. If you complain about something in the room he’ll try and blame you for it. They never fully clean rooms after each stay as you’ll find stains on the furniture and bed covers. Dust and garbage behind/under the furniture and beds. Seems like they spend very little time getting rooms ready for the next guest. Too expensive for what it is when the price difference for a MUCH nicer hotel is 20$.

Run down -0 star motel. Sketchy, nasty, illegal activities taking place 24/7. Strongly do not recommend this place.

Gave me a dirty room, it hadn't been cleaned at all since the last guests left and refused to issue a refund.

Like a 3.5 it's not the best, not the worst affordable and convenient. Beds weren't all that comfortable but the rooms were nice

There is no breakfast at all as advertised.
Our room reeked of cigarette smoke and they happily switched us to another that was better. But the rooms and bathrooms are so dated and shabby. Sorry but will not stay again.

Sketchy location. Sticky floors. But what I lived the most was the desk employee who was wearing a mask. By himself. With the lobby closed. Then, he couldn't even be bothered to open the blind on the night window so we could check in face-to-face. Absolutely in my top 10 worst hotels in the U.S. (and I average 200/yr for work.

They harass the hell out of me just to scan my iD and pay a 20 dollar pet fee after I've already paid for the room last night for the next night. No respect for the 3rd shift workers at all . I get to my room at 3am sleep by 4 5 am and want to sleep till 2 pm I can't even get a good night sleep when I'm paying them .

I was using it as in inbetween for my move in to Apts close by on new years, definitely overpriced due to the timing and all, but the room was very clean and the receptionist was nice. No one bothered me as i was holed up for an entire day there.
