“The staff ( and particularly the Loyalty Department) were extremely helpful in explaining and helping me choose a Price Protection Plan. The contract uses a formula based on the "Rack Price," which is not necessarily the easiest to understand. However, the staff readily spent as much time as necessary to ensure that I fully understood and was comfortable with the arrangements. You really couldn't ask for nicer, more professional people. Just a pleasure to deal with!”
