Prestige Auto hooked me up real nice! After a recent highway accident, the passenger side of my SI was all messed up - scratches and dents everywhere. I was put at ease to know Presige could fix it. And to be honest it came out better than it was before! I am really happy with the work they did, especially the nice paint job. They even took me down the street to get a rental car when I first arrived. They are nice and professional people who do great work. I highly recommend.

Fantastic job, quick turnaround time, great customer service. They even buffed out other scratches that had nothing to do with the damaged areas. Felt like I got a brand new car back.Service: Body & Trim

I only gave one star because I could not select no stars at all. Very unprofessional disrespectful to me I would not trust these people with my vehicle.

I unfortunately had an accident fairly far from home. AAA tow was familiar with Prestige. Well I definitely got lucky. They handled my entire process perfectly. Erica kept me in the loop several times a week about the parts and their eta. When it was complete they even delivered my truck to my home. Workmanship was fantastic and they worked seamlessly with my insurance. I couldn't be happier during a time of distress. I would highly recommend Prestige.

This shop now operates under the name “Prestige” however they still have signs bearing the name of Route 136 Auto Body. Should one decide to use the shop services this is a sign of things to come? The job to be done to my vehicle was relatively simple. They had to change out and paint a rear bumper and take care of minor dings the car had- offered by Mr Robert Sherman as perk? Overall, spanning a period of 5 months it took 5 weeks for the job to be completed. The first time the job took 3 ½ weeks. The work was so pitiful Mr Sherman agreed to do the job over but since he never returned calls to reschedule the work the insurance became involved because the shop billed for parts they never changed (insurance fraud). Then it took another week and a half to do an acceptable job- still lines don’t match up parts missing. Since I elected the Shop I incurred 800.00$ in overage of rental fees. There is no Prestige in this Shop of horrors.Service: Body & Trim

I was involved in a bad car accident and my truck was towed to prestige auto. The little guy Brobert was so comforting and professional in the way he calmed me down and assured me that he would see to it that my truck would be repaired properly. Brobert new that my truck was my pride and joy and the only transportation I had to get back and forth to work to provide for my family. I must say there is something angel like about that man bcuz he faught with my insurance company and got my truck fixed so fast and in better shape than before the accident so I was able to get back to work and provide for my wife, child, and patches our sick puppy. To all the staff at prestige auto and especially you mr sherm, thank you for all the amazing work and hospitality. You have a customer and new friend for life.
