Staff is always friendly and great to watch my rottie play on their webcams. She seems to always come home happy and exhausted from play.

My medium size dog loves going to the Pooch Norwalk. Always eager to see his doggie buddies and the staff - who are very friendly and interactive with him. I would recommend the Pooch Norwalk.

I think that whoever is considering board their dogs there should read the employees review of the place (I just read it on Indeed)bc they are awful reviews! I own 5 dogs and I would never board them in a facility where the employees love so much the animals but ended up leaving because of a low pay and horrible work environment.

We LOVE EVERYONE at the Pooch Hotel! It always feels like family and they’re so good at giving each pet one on one attention! Plenty of playtime too!

We recently boarded our two dogs for 7 nights. Great communication throughout the booking process and the stay. The pooch hotel gave us a stress free vacation and we came home to happy and healthy pups.
