I have had several groomers for my bichon/poodle mix. Max at pooch hotel is by far the best groomer we have had!

Staff is always friendly and great to watch my rottie play on their webcams. She seems to always come home happy and exhausted from play.

My medium size dog loves going to the Pooch Norwalk. Always eager to see his doggie buddies and the staff - who are very friendly and interactive with him. I would recommend the Pooch Norwalk.
