I recently bought my first boat from Petzold’s. I couldn't be happier. A lot of stars aligned to make this amazing day happen. Two of those stars were Jeff and Troy. I can’t say enough nice things about the entire Petzold’s crew and their willingness to go the extra mile. Kudos to everyone. Thank you for everything. Hope to catch you on the water!

We had the best boat-buying experience possible with Petzold's Yacht Sales in Norwalk! Jeff and Troy are responsive, helpful and knowledgeable. We were first time buyers, so a litle hand-holding was necessary--and believe me, they did a lot! Without ever making us feel ignorant or or out of our depth (ha, ha!). From the initial viewing with Jeff (in a storm, no less), to making an offer, to organizing finances and paperwork, to the sea trial, and even to trailering (where we owe the fact that we made it home to Troy's expertise), Petzold's came through with shining colors. So hey, where's the six-star rating? That's the one I'm giving to this incredible team.

Happy to share a review about our recent experience purchasing a new Edgewater boat from Petzold’s Marine. Troy made the entire process smooth and enjoyable. His passion, knowledge and experience, made us feel confident in our decision. Troy was incredibly responsive to our questions and needs, ensuring that we were well-informed and comfortable every step of the way.
It was also great to work with different generations of the Petzold family at different stages of the buying experience. They were consistently transparent and honest throughout.
In addition, we were equally impressed by the outstanding service team at Petzold’s. Their team went above and beyond to get our boat ready on short notice, allowing us to enjoy it over the weekend.

I can’t even tell you how great the buying experience is with Diana at Petzold’s. She goes above and beyond on every level. She is professional, honest, tireless, and just a great person. We’ve lived aboard our boat now for several months, and she recently helped us find a great slip to stay in while we wait to head South for the winter. Thanks Diana, for service before and after the sale.
