As someone who loves to cook, fresh food like meat poultry and fish are important. Having fresh seasonal vegetables is also key to a spectacular meal. You go to the supermarket and see the spice isle you question how long the spices sat on the shelf. I have been a customer of Penzy's before they were brick and mortar. The selection of spices and herbs is amazing. The blends they offer are also quite good. In my previous posts for other businesses it is always a beautiful thing when you are recognized and greeted by name, that my friends is my experience with Penzy's. The staff is always ready to assist with finding something or suggestions. They are also quick to point out specials.

I absolutely love this little shop. The staff is super helpful and kind. The spices are very high quality, fresh, and make such a difference vs grocery store stuff. I can't get enough of their freeze dried chives. I enjoy buying their salt free blends. My favorites are Mural of Flavor, 33rd & Galena, and Arizona Dreaming. Their cinnamon is exceptional. You can smell everything they offer, and they will give you samples. They have truly amazing sales, and their emails are filled with light activism and good vibes. Everything you could want from a simple spice shop. My only complaint would be the narrow side parking lot.
