I notice that this person Elizabeth J. Manager is on almost every response comment saying the exact same thing. Clearly the store doesn't care.

I’m disabled and my groceries can’t be left in the lobby of my building the groceries will get stolen, I want my groceries delivered to my door like all other services I use

I used to always loved to come to this place because the location is convenient. Although I know now why this place is always empty. I went to customer service asking for help because the pricing I was being charged was not the same as it said on the sign. The employee was trying to be smart with me and trying to explain it in "simple terms" trying to make me feel dumb. The employee then walked over with me to the item and they told me that the price was actually something else even though they were at the product with me and the sign they put up was clearly reading a different and cheaper price! Before I can even talk with her again she walks away.

The Good: They have everything under the sun. You will never have to go anywhere else to find what you want. The Bad: This is an old-school supermarket...Linoleum flooring, Florescent lighting, etc. none of the new age hipster attractions that we've been conditioned to love.

Not only are most of the employees extremely rude, they also do not follow social distancing, do not wear masks (or have them under their noses, including the produce and deli areas - which I will no longer use.) The managers are useless. The store is woefully understocked on a lot of key items you can find at other stores in the area. But more than anything, their rude employees, talking tough like they are on some street corner about to get into a fight with someone - TO THE CUSTOMERS - and this is tolerated - make this store a miserable experience that I only subject myself to for about five things that I have not been able to find elsewhere. They second I do, I will never set foot in that cesspool again.

I love peapod, the only thing I am unhappy about is when they are out of stock on the items I want

It has been going down hill gradually for a couple of years now, and when I am able I go to the Darien, or Main St Rte 7 S&S. I have put in a number of complaints over time, but have I suspect S&S ignores most if not all comments. There is never enough help,

This is the largest Stop & Shop I've ever in! Everything was modern and clean. I loved the selection and the large freezer section. I think the location was recently renovated - hence the poor past reviews. I mostly shop at Trader Joe's and Whole Food's but this is right up there for specialty packaged foods.

The process is quick and easy. The prices are good. It’s very convenient when you are self-quarantine during a Pandemic ?. You can choose substitute items if your first choice isn’t available and they do have organic. Yeah!!

Ordered 2% milk via Peapod delivery. They did not deliver and stated there were no substitutions. Really, there was no 2% milk in the store??? But they didn’t tell me they were out the night before like they did everything else not in stock so that I could order somethings else. Instead they just told me after it was delivered. Regretting the large tip I left for only 3/4 of the groceries I ordered.

Stop & Shop Norwalk, Connecticut Avenue, get it together. Wear your masks and wear them correctly. You have employees or associates working unmasked over produce, hair not tied back, no gloves. Butchers with no masks, employees with no masks coughing openly in the store. I work in retail. I know it's hard to wear a mask all day, but we must; for everyone's health. Not shopping in this store until this has been addressed. Sad. Been shopping with you for years.

Perfectly functional mainline grocery store with a quality staff doing their best in these times. Really appreciate the size of the store and the selection and the savings from having the stop n shop card. Lots of parking and easy access as well. Store could certainly use a facilities physical makeover.
