Terrible. The did nothing right. They cried my key couldn't fit in the ignition, questioning me numerous of times if I got the keys mixed up with another vehicle, they labeled it "wrong key" on my invoice, they cried that my car wouldn't start so I had to pay extra for "dolly service", they cried that they placed bags over my window because of the rain, labeled it "exceptional service" and charged me $50 for the bags LOL although the seats are still soaking wet. I called Lil Pete's towing and the smart, patient, experienced young man was able to start my car, roll the windows up, and DRIVE it onto his flatbed. He did not cry nor was he rude. These people treated me like an inconvenience and they also treated me like I was a criminal because the state police called my car in because the original tow truck company from my insurance company was very aggressive with me and the police did it for my safety. I would never recommend them and these 5 star reviews have to be fake! Unless they pick and choose who they want to be nice and patient too. Bad enough I don't live in Connecticut, so trying to do business moves over the phone was crazy. I felt like I was rushed into making decisions. Anyway I am glad my car is out of their "hands" and back in Long Island with me. However I'm not a mean person & usually never write bad reviews. I am glad they didn't charge me a fee for them answering my phone calls, nonetheless.

Had a run in with a way too narrow parking garage and was referred to Parkway Auto. Not only was everyone exceedingly welcoming and friendly, the work was done quickly and impeccably. Dropped my car off Monday, it was ready Tuesday afternoon. Could not recommend this place any higher, thank you so much!Services: Painting

I am from Florida and have taken an internship is Massachusetts. I had received a call from my mother saying that my grandmother was very sick and that they were going to have hospice come to watch over her. I started driving back home (about 21 hours) and ended up in a little crash on Norwalk, CT. Part of my bumper was out of place and there was a metal piece dragging against my tire. I took my car to this shop and they spent the time making sure the car was safe enough to drive the remaining 18 hours or so I had to go. They did not charge me a dime because they knew my situation and I could not be more grateful for these caring people. If it were not for them helping rig my car up, I would not have made it back to Florida in time to see my grandmother.

Top-notch quality, fair pricing, personal customer service. Over home they're for years. Most recently, there have a candid assessment of a small scratch not practical to repair right without doing the whole door panel. The gentleman rubbed it most off the visible damage and instructed house to protect what was left with a drop off clear nail polish.

I have used them on three separate occasions. Two very minor and the third a tree fell on my car. They got more than I even expected from my insurance company. My policy allowed for aftermarket to be used, they found a way to only use brand on my car. They were willing to come in on a holiday weekend to get my car back to me before my rental ran out. I will never go to anyone else. Thanks Don for the recommendation.

I was involved in a accident and I couldn't think of a better place to call than Parkway. I called in after hours and one of the owners Jeff called me back and was willing to let me drop of the vehicle. He gave me all the necessary information for next steps and how to proceed. My car is in the shop and I know they'll do a good job! highly recommend this place. its family run and probably the best ones out there doing it the longest.

Alright, I admit I've had several unfortunate incidents. Concerning my 2015 Subaru Legacy, 4 times I've had auto body damage and each time I brought it to Parkway Auto Body for repair and every time the results have been fantastic! I ran over a truck rim on RT 95 in Fairfield , CT doing damage to the lower drivers side panel, while parked in my driveway in Norwalk a large tree limb fell on my roof causing significant damage, my car was stolen on Easter Sunday 4-1-18 (yes it was also April Fool's Day) and the entire passengers side had sideswipe damage, and recently I backed into a newspaper delivery tube scrapping the paint off the rear passenger side quarter panel. My 2015 Nissan Rogue was T-boned in Shop Rite's parking lot on the passenger's side and I brought it to Parkway for repair. In 2007, I sustained rear end damage to my "baby" a 1996 Mazda Miata, which I have today with 40k original miles, as I was backing out of my garage and brought it to Parkway for repair. Indeed, at first, I received estimates from other auto body shops, but after the first couple of times, I've brought my vehicles directly to Parkway. They always offer the best estimates and produce quality workmanship. I highly recommend this business for their honesty, fair pricing, and quality of work. You won't be disappointed!
