I like the workout and the coaches are great. However, I'm a bit irritated that today I woke up early on my holiday break, was 6 minutes late, and denied entry into the class. I know the rule is that you get a 5 minute grace period, but things happen and I am perfectly capable of warming up my body on my own before following the workout prescribed to us. I ended up waking up early for no reason, lost out on the class I was to take, and am turned off. The irony here is that in my last class, the coach offered us a free late cancel if we write a review.

Have just gotten back to making fitness a priority for myself and the Orange theory team made it easy for me and accessible. Working at my pace to get me into things with an interesting and challenging workout of the day. Shout out to Ben for the coaching!

I joined OTF Norwalk in January 2023 to add more cardio into my routine. Since then, I’ve made massive strides in my aerobic fitness. When I first started, I really had trouble running for more than a couple minutes straight. Now I can run the entire tread part of class.Kristin, Ben, and Elana are amazingly kind and professional and they all know me, my goals, and my limitations well.Front desk staff is always kind and fun, though it seems turnover there is pretty high. That’s pretty normal for any gym though.Overall I’ve had a lot of fun challenging myself since joining, and would definitely recommend this studio to anyone looking to participate in group fitness.

I have been wanting to get back into a fitness routine since I had my 2nd child, but I hadn’t been able to stick with anything. I’d tried different gyms, at home workouts, and a few classes but OTF has been the one thing that’s worked for me. It’s been a few months and I’ve loved every day I’ve been in the studio. The classes are always new, the coaches are great and the front desk staff is always warm and welcoming! I am incredibly thankful that I’ve found OTF Norwalk!

Orange Theory’s workouts are extremely unique and I love how they use the heart rate monitor to track your workouts. The staff is very nice and they truly care about me reaching my goals! ??

You cannot beat this workout! In 4 months (seriously) I have lost 40 pounds! I usually go 4 times per week, and burn 700-800 calories per class! Elana, Ben and Kristen are all fantastic coaches; super nice, positive and helpful. There's no way I would work this hard on my own. Being in a class is similar to being at a sports team practice; you are pulled along by those around you, and given short goals and coaching that helps you push yourself. The vibe is great, the music is energetic and place is cool. Most importantly, if you work hard, you get results. Try it out!

OTF has fun and engaging workouts. I love the variety, the energetic vibe, the music. It has helped me, someone who never exercised very much. All the coaches in Norwalk are supportive and motivating. Today I saw Adrian who works at another OTF gym and was reminded of how much I miss him and wish he was back at Norwalk. He is attentive, knowledgeable, and has a great singing voice too!

I love how the coaches really connect with me and are so personal yet professional. They know when I can push myself further and times when I’m taking it easy. Recommendations I’ve made get considered and sometimes get put on the calendar and it’s awesome. OTFNorwalk has really provided me motivation and a community I feel comfortable working on myself in.

I was originally just "tagging along" with my wife for the free introductory class, but by the end of it I was sucked in. The feeling of accomplishment and mood boost I felt at the end of the hour was something of which I needed more. My dumbbell game had grown stale, but every day at OT there seems to be another stunningly simple set of dumbbell exercises I've never heard of before. The workouts are challenging but doable, especially with an excellent staff keeping you moving with music and great words of inspiration. Some classes are more intense than others but there is never pressure or judgement and you can work at a pace that's best for you. Try it and you won't regret it.
