Wow. I am absolutely blown away. I ended up needing to purchase a sample gown because of an issue with my original gown with only a month to go before my wedding. The sample was very dirty with yellow stains under the armpits, dirt marks along the bottom of the dress and stains/indentations from all the times girls were clipped into the back of the dress. I brought my sample gown to Ernest at Orange Restoration Lab a week before my wedding in Europe and they completely revitalized my dress and turned it around so quickly. I was in shock when I opened the garment bag. My dress looked brand new - you would NEVER know it was a sample and certainly didn't look like it had ever been tried on before. I am so grateful to this team who did such great work on my dress. I am home from my wedding and bringing my dress to Orange Restoration Labs straight away to clean and preserve!! Thank you so much Ernest and team - you guys are amazing. Highly highly recommend!!

Norwalk truly has a gem of a business called Orange Restoration Labs! I came across this company from a google search after my local/trusted neighborhood cleaners frankly let me know that my mom’s vintage wedding gown worn circa 1981 would need particular care since the fabric is fragile and likely will not tolerate a regular cleaning process. I emailed ORL and Ernst responded promptly that same day and we were able to talk via phone & schedule my consultation appointment. I brought my mom with me at the consultation's and Ernst was very professional and handled my mom’s spit fire questions with compassion and ease (clearly understanding the sentiment driving some of her inquiries). Once my mom was at ease that I brought her gown to the right place, I left the precious heirloom of a gown in the care of Ernst and his team. Communication was very good throughout the process despite my gown being serviced during peak wedding season. Prior to pick up I got before and after photos of my gown, they restored both pearl beads on the gown as well as the entire gown to its original white color! My mom was speechless when I showed her the photos. Scope of work also included fixing the dropped lining of the dress and then preserving it in their acid free box. Ernst and team did an excellent job in restoring my vintage gown to its original glory! It was such a joy for me to see how beautiful the dress is/was when my mom wore it approaching close to 40yrs ago and look forward to giving it another tour down the aisle on my special day. I definitely recommend this business establishment, and it is definitely worth the investment and drive from Westchester, NY. Thank you Ernst and the entire ORL team, you are appreciated and are truly experts and I appreciated how enthusiastic and the joy you all have providing such a unique and needed service! You made this process a breeze for me. All the best!

I share my experience with Orange Restauration Lab that you see a first-class service, they take care of every detail with the presentation and washing of your dress, because it is not just a dress ??♀️, they are your memories… I love this place I recommend it, their workers are very competitive with experience

Orange Restoration repaired and restored a family heirloom. Our vale was packaged and given to me to hold and take care. When I opened it for my daughter in law to be it was in terrible shape and I assumed it was lost. Thanks to OR the vale has been made beautiful and lovely again! I am so happy that to have this piece of history back and looking like it once did. I also wanted to say that the people who I spoke to were very kind and helpful.

I am absolutely blown away by the work Orange Restoration Labs did on my absolutely filthy gown. I had walked through mud and water, slipped on wet rocks, climbed a fence, hiked through fields, and dragged it along the floor of a bar. So needless to say, the bottom of my gown was pitch black.I got my gown back and it looks brand new. I am so impressed with the work they did and I'll definitely be referring them to all of my friends!!

Orange Restoration Labs performed a miracle on our family's antique Irish lace veil. It had one large and many small holes and was badly stained. Because of their incredible work, my daughter was able to be the first in the 4th generation of our family to wear it as she walked down the aisle. The veil was beautiful and perfect! The team was responsive and reasonable. I can't recommend them highly enough and was glad to be able to send my daughter's dress to them for cleaning and preservation (along with the veil)

I used Orange Restoration to clean a sample of an Oscar de la Renta gown that I planned to wear for my wedding day. After getting some truly absurd quotes for wedding dress cleaning in NYC (e.g., $600-700+), I was so happy to find reasonable prices and great service with Orange Restoration labs. I called and within a day, it was all sorted. I shipped the dress out to them and had it back in a couple of weeks for my first fitting. They returned it in gorgeous like new condition and even managed to get out a small pink stain on the bodice that I'd been worried about. 10/10 could not recommend more highly! Thank you for taking such great care of my gown and not price gouging like most of the wedding industry :)

I didn‘t think there was hope for the 125 year old wedding veil that four generations of brides have worn in my family, but Orange Restoration Labs brought it back to life!They carefully examined the tiny rips and even a rust stain from a pin left in it, acknowledging its’ beauty.I actually cried when I picked it up, as it was truly stunning! It was a brilliant white, with no indication of any tears or stains. Ernest was so accommodating, with such a professional demeanor.I would highly recommend this place to anyone who is wondering if something in their closet (or attic) could be restored.

Ellen & team fully restored a pair of vintage wedding shoes from the 1990’s - lots of yellow staining and discoloration. As you can see now, they look as beautiful as they did over 30 years ago! Very happy with the work and the care taken to preserve a very priceless item.
