The worst. Why can't we have another choice.What's the point in emailing? Phone calls have accomplished absolutely nothing. Your tech is over an hour late. No notice either. Damage to my house.

I stopped by the Norwalk optimum store and what a breath of fresh air. Ken and the team were awesome - they helped me as I had a remote issue - swapped it for a new one no questions asked. So much easier and friendlier than customer service. They made my day - thanks for being so friendly and efficient!

Nothing but problems with the service, I have been with them for a little under a year and already up to my 4th service call due to equipment or connection issues. Even with that setting up a service call, they aren’t accommodating with getting you a tech sooner. I never had this issue when I lived in the area that had Verizon. Need a new internet provider that is actually reliable!!!

Optimum nice to pickup tv/phone/ internet connections ??You cannot speak to a human person everything is automated and if you don't have the right access codes you're in the dark !Plus if they come to your home, they do not do a complete job -

Optimum website says they open Sunday at noon. I arrived Sunday 11/11/23 at noon and at 12:20 a line of 5 customers are waiting for store to open. Called customer service and they were of absolutely no help.

Optimum the worst service of everything they offer, pure lies, at first they start out good and then end up scamming you by raising the price, supposedly it's a promotion, and it turns out that they raise you without your consent. And they waste your time with calls for more than 30 minutes to solve nothing, the worst company I know.

Worst techincal service we ever experienced. And we have lived in many cities and states. Avoid at all costs if possible. 2 months without being able to provide reliable service-connection. Useles crews that just escalate and escalate. No one takes responsibility. I would be ashamed to call this my organization.

So everyone is getting scammed. Called to cancel because we switched to frontier. Our bill with optimum was over $280. Been a customer for over 30 years. The girl on the phone asked what we were paying for frontier and magically our bill went down to $135 with optimum. This company is a SCAM. Watch out. You are 100% being over charged lol.

still don't have dvr after a tech came out. Not tech's fault, i got a new dvr box and it didn't work.
